Love Crumbl!! This is an employee issue. Let me start by saying we love everything about this place BUT an employee (Cole) needs to stop turning this place into some drama fest with customers and no more tossing cookies at guests. Just hand them over properly!
The employees at the Provo store were very friendly and cheerful! The cookies are always delicious. They’re big and dense and yummy.I also ordered one while out of state for someone else to pick up. The app wouldn’t let me push “I’m here” because the app could track my location and new I was far away. I called up the store (in Covington, Wa) and they took care of it, no problem. I have only had good experiences with Crumbl.
Me and my wife go here at least once a month. It’s always packed. The cookies are delicious. The ice cream is nothing to write home about, but the cookies? To die for. It’s clean, the workers are nice and they always do a great job.
Employees seemed a bit overworked and burnt out. The cookie presentation wasn’t quality- if you know what I mean. Usually Crumbl is a delicious indulgent treat for the eyes, nose, and mouth. I’ll just chock it up as them having a hard day? I love Crumbl Cookie!!
Crumbl is great but the kids who work here are even better. Wish I remembered their names. Amazing customer service. Owner, if you see this I was here on Saturday at 5:30 on January 22. The staff working then deserves a raise.
This place is unprofessional. The employees, including one of the managers, stand around and joke with each other instead of helping customers and they are slow with orders.Today my brand new gift card that I received the other day didn’t work when making the order. When I asked for help, the manager told me they couldn’t do anything and to “contact corporate” about it. So I had to pay with my credit card. Then, after I ordered they told me they were working on making more of the topping of a certain cookie and that it would be a few minutes. I came back 10 minutes later and stood there waiting for another 5 minutes. A different employee finally asked me if I had been helped, and I told her yes but was still waiting. She searched and didn’t see my order on their screen and apparently “the previous employee cleared it already without fulfilling it.”This is not the first occurrence of a scenario like this here; it’s happened numerous times. Other Crumbl locations have been fine, but this Provo location is a huge disappointment. Corporate needs to retrain these employees on proper work etiquette, or hire new ones. I won’t be coming back to this location.
We need to have a serious talk about squandered potential. Churro cookie? Sounds delicious... Why does it taste like imitation cinnamon extract paired with a Yankee candle perfume? I swear there is something off about the taste, like some strange spice was added or there were too many preservatives or artificial ingredients. My roommate likes it and doesn't normally like cinnamon... He says this doesn't taste like cinnamon, more like a candle. The orange cookie was cake. Take Goodly Cookie lemon cookies and substitute orange. It will be better, I promise. An actual cookie instead of a cakey cookie. The mint one again tastes artificial, a common theme, and Chip Cookie Co and Goodly Cookies don't have this issue. Could you take out whatever it is and just make the cookies new each day? There's something off, it doesn't taste like real mint, or artificial peppermint that can be done well... Just tastes like a very faint, poorly synthesized mint perfume.Last we have the turtle cookie. The only real thing seems to be the nuts and caramel. The caramel was the best part. I'd have loved stronger chocolate flavors and more nuts throughout. This would be fine for a cookie from the grocery store, but when I go to cookie shops I don't expect basic buttercream frostings, off notes, and artificial/preservative flavors.Update: added a star because one friend found the turtle one not bad.
A friend of mine bought these for me and the cookies were fine - I think it was a bit too sweet for me. My favorite one was the one with apples! It tasted like an apple pie. My friend said she requested a sticker which is $1 and they forgot it...
I have never been disappointed by Crumbl!! Even though there are only four new flavors every week it feels like a wide variety. They do a great job of balancing out their options so there's something for everyone! Everything I have tried has been delicious, but my personal favorites are any of their birthday cake variations, peanut butter brittle, and classic chocolate chip. Definitely give them a shot, and keep watching the menu!
Their app is the best I’ve seen! The new feature to send a digital gift card immediately to contacts in your phone and add a personalized video message (or text if preferred) is a game changer! So convenient. So seamless. So helpful. So well designed. Can’t say enough. Plus - it helps that their cookies are unique and delicious! I’m a fan.
