Hamburger Burgers Salad

Great to have gluten free options, but the taste still needs to be there. Gluten free buns were good, gluten free fries were good, hamburger was just not there however. I came with a group and everyone had a bite of some of the burgers and although it was enjoyable to eat, no one thought any burger was worthy to come back for. Prices are shockingly high. Over $80 for 5 people with just burger, fries, and a drink is ridiculous.

Absolutely delicious! This is my new favorite restaurant and hamburger joint! I wish I had known sooner they were so gluten free friendly. The burgers and grilled chicken sandwich are so big and tasty. Good sized portions for your money--I can never eat all my fries and my sandwich/burger.They have gluten free buns for their burgers and chicken sandwiches. The fries (both potato and sweet potato) are cooked in a gluten free fryer. The staff has been very knowledgeable about if there are items on a burger or sandwich that aren't gluten free (like onion straws) and have been very willing to switch them for a gluten free alternative like caramelized onions. My sisters and I have celiac disease and all ate there easily and without reactions. I've personally eaten there 4 times: three times dine-in and once take out.At my most recent visit, I asked about the milkshakes to see if any were gluten free. There are some obviously not gluten free options, but triple berry could be gluten free. I didn't end up ordering a milkshake because I asked about how often they clean the machines they use to mix the milkshakes. The answer was not between each milkshake but as often as they can get to it. I wasn't going to take the contamination risk.

My children (20+ yrs old) liked it -- it's cool decor and a trendy vibe, fun place for a date probably, but we did take out.But food wise I actually didn't end up finishing the burger or shake or sweet potato fries. More expensive than other burger places and just not that tasty to me. Prices were more likely about the place and the unusual combos.

I ordered on-line and arrived at the appointed time only to find that the only two employees on site huddled in the back on their phones. After a 4 minute wait (standing at the counter), I caught their attention and they decided to start my order. The place was almost empty (on a Monday at 2pm.) so I know they weren't 'backed-up with orders'. I continued to watch as they slowly went about getting my burger and fries ready. The final foul however was when the employee doing the fries handled the dirty iPad register with the same gloves that he then used on my french fries. It was disgusting. He had been touching the filthy fridge, freezer and ipad and then moved right to my food, violating several health codes along the way. The burgers are great, but the place is dirty and clearly they need to train their employees, enforce basic food handling standards and they need a 'grown up adult' Manager on site. Chom, you can do better than this.

So, short version of review:Burger was great, price for fries & drink is not worth itFull review:I've driven by this place quite a bit, since it opened up, and have really been wanting to try it out. The lights are pretty bright from the street, so it is hard to miss. Which, is one of the main reasons why I've been wanting to try it out, because I've seen this location so much. After reading some of the reviews online, I saw a few people complaining about the prices being inaccurate; this is true. When you walk in, they show you big pictures/advertisements of that to try... But, the prices on these screens are inaccurate. This is kind of confusing, and was slightly irritating.Another thing, that I noticed, is that they take a little bit of time to make the burger. Which, I didn't mind as long as the burger was worth it. ... The pastrami Swiss burger that I had, was amazing. And I'm happy I tried it out.The $5.50 it cost me for a small drink, and small amount of fries is a joke... Should be half of that for an upgrade. The sweet potato fries were really good, but for the price it is hardly worth itAll in all, this place is nice, but I don't see it as worth it to return

I'm blown away that this only has a 4.3 ( at time of review). This is one of my favorite restaurants and easily my favorite burger place. The buns are incredible, the meat is good and the toppings are done right. on top of that their sweet potato fries and regular fries are pretty good. First time I went I thought it was a little pricey... Until I bit down on the burger and realized it was fully worth it. Please give it a try

This place is awesome! I’ve been when it was super busy, but this time it was relatively slow but the food was absolutely delicious both times. The sweet potato fries are my favorite and I also really like their drink selection (they’ve got some special Mountain Dew) and the shakes are the perfect consistency

Nothing is perfect, but the Pastrami & Swiss here is damn near close. Where do I begin. The bun was crisp yet soft, the pickles were just the right amount of accent, the mushrooms and onions were amazing, and the quality of the beef very high. My heavens.

The pastrami burger was fine. Once dipped in ketchup, it's better.Triple berry Shake is good too.Sweet potato fries are good. The customer service was great. Staff was very friendly. I really appreciated that!

Got their Spicy Serrano Burger and was not disappointed! Absolutely delicious, each time I visit, I never regret it! :)
