Not sure what all the hype is about? $30 for 8 cookies that were either over dry and completely crumbly, or undercooked and raw in the middle. We are one and done paying for these overpriced cookie places that honestly think too highly of themselves. $$$$
Their cookies are fresh, warm and large. Very tasty. Friendly service and a perfect snack with family or friends. Prices are reasonable.
I love chip cookies. Their OG’s are better than crumbl in my opinion.My suggestions would be to please make your online order apps more user friendly! I tried to place a pickup order, but couldn’t see an option besides delivery :/ it was also a really difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone, it took 3 phone calls.
We order chip cookies quite often but it’s our first time receiving these weird and tiny cookies. I thought we ordered mini cookies. The taste of the cookies were weird, it’s chewy and there’s an after taste. I don’t want to get sick so I threw them away. I’m trying to write to management team but found out there is no email to write to. Just wanna give a heads up to other customers, make sure you check your cookies before you leave the store.
Chip is a late night classic! I’ve been here so many times, and it always hits the spot. Chip has some really creative seasonal flavors, but their chocolate chip is always a safe bet. If Biscoff is on the weekly menu, you need to try it. Their new Provo location is super nice, but their isn’t much seating.
I went in to try chip for the first time and was meet by smiling faces! Emma was so helpful and showed me all of my options! She gave me beautiful fresh cookies that were warm from the oven. It was delicious!!! Chip>>>crumbl
This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with chip cookies. They were 45 minutes late and only delivered two cookies when I paid for four. When I called no one answered. When I emailed no one answered. I got a text that sent me to doordash even though I ordered through the chip website.
I love chip so much! The employees were SUPER nice when we went! I loved how they had a ton of chocolate chips in their cookies! They were also very decently sized!! The biscoff cookie was so good
Best cookie place in Utah Valley by far. I’d choose it over crumbl, goodly or any other place. Every cookie they do is perfected for that month. This location is always so nice and friendly and I love the workers here.
Very fast and efficient. Good service. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend. Won’t get annoying texts or emails like at “other” cookie companies.
