In the heart of Provo, always a great experience to stop by and see the friendly smiles. Great food! Convenient and quick! Got me the Egg White Grill this morning and it was AWESOME!
I love chic fil-A but this visit was different. My bun was moldy and smelled old! I got it out of the package and immediately saw a green spot on it. I picked off the green spot. I took one bite and then threw out the bun and ate the chicken. It just didn’t smell right ya know. The chicken was delicious but I had already lost my appetite. Ruined my fries and chick fil A sauce. This was not normal I realize but I had never eaten at this one before. Dang.
This is one of the best Chick-fil-A places! The food is always so delicious and the delivery is impeccable. My food stays warm in the process and my shake stays frozen for the most part in deliveries
I pulled up yesterday right at 10:30 AM and they said they had put their breakfast away early. Disappointing but I can understand that. I have never been so disappointed with a Chick-Fil-A location. It was not busy. I open my bag to see that my fries looked 2/3 full… I might as well have ordered the regular size if this is going to happen with my large fries. Not only where my fries not completely there, the guy who handed me my food and took my payment was a poor representation of Chick-Fil-A customer service: bad attitude, grumpy looking, and off putting. Go to the Orem location at the mall or near Center Street. Those locations always have great customer service and do not skimp on fries.
Excellent atmosphere and experience. I got the deluxe spicey chicken sandwich for $5.50 or so and thought it was very much worth it. Staff were very nice. I'd like definitely go back.
I don't know if I've just been unlucky, but the last 3 or 4 times I've gotten food from here I've ended up with food poisining. The visits were pretty spread out, but I still ended up experiencing some painful stomach cramps and diarrhea. I know that it's not allergies since I've ordered the same items in the past without any issues.
I am so tired of this! They never fill the fries up all the way. Check out this picture of my fries before I ate any. This happens all the time to me. I would recommend other locations.
They don't listen and overcharge! I was confused when I got my order with less food than anticipated. Apparently they assumed I wanted certain upgrades to my order, rather than additional items. They wouldn't give me a receipt, so I'm not sure exactly how my order was so expensive AND lacking food, but when I "tested" an online order with the same items PLUS the ones I was missing, it was between $2-$4 less expensive, for MORE food! (My original order was $15 with with the missing items, so an extra $4 is a huge jump). I couldn't even figure out how to place an order with the (fewer) items I received at the (higher) cost I was charged, but somehow THEY figured it out! Not happy to be overcharged and under-served. I won't be stopping by this location anymore. They have lost my trust.
Best Chick-Fil-A location in Utah county hands down. They are quick, friendly, and the food is always high quality and warm. My husband and I have made this our go to place.
Always delicious! My favorite is the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal. The servers are attentive, respectful, and accommodating. Put this establishment on your list of places to grab a great meal!
