Going inside is better than going through the drive through. The last time I went to this location it was taking long enough for them to do orders at the drive through that I just went next door ordered a pizza and left before the car that was previously in line of me was still waiting in the drive through. Several cars left the drive through before and after I did.
Horrible horrible place. Honestly the worse experience I have had with fast food. After waiting 20 minutes in the line I was told rudely it would be a 5-10 minute wait. I said “I would like to order a kids meal” which HE then screamed I told you it would be fuc$king 5-10 minutes because we have big orders and we don’t have staff.” There was one car in front of me and one behind me. NO one else. Last time I went to this location I sat in the drive through saying “hello, hello” no one answered so I pulled off and could see someone sitting in the window. Horrible staff. Go to Wendy’s or the other places close. Better experience and nicer staff
We don't go often. When we do, it's with our kids. I like the flavors, but my fries and whopper are almost always cold. I don't know why and it's at not just this location.
Drive thru can be significantly slow and often have you pull to the side and wait. Not usually quick service and do more often than I like to admit, have items forgotten.
This place is a joke. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would in a heart beat. My mom and I went here for dinner tonight (1-5-2021). We sat at the drive-thru screen to order for 20 minutes and no one answered us, despite us trying to yell into the speaker to get someone’s attention. We finally decided to pull up to the window to see if we could order there since no one was responding through the speaker. Upon pulling up to the window, the woman running the register gave us a deer in the headlights look and seemed annoyed that we had just pulled up to the window unannounced. We explained the problem to her and the other guy working there and they copped an attitude and told us that their system wasn’t equipped to take an order from the window, it needed to go through the speaker at the menu board a couple feet back. This means that we have to drive all the way around get building and get back in line, between the eight cars that had piled up behind us while we waited at the speaker to order. What?!?!?! We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. This place is a joke! I’ve never seen anything like this. There’s never anyone with even a shred of competency working in this establishment and no one seems to have customer service skills. I would 1000% recommend NOT eating here. Don’t waste your time.
This burger King has gone downhill on service. The lobby is randomly closed so you can't pick up mobile orders and now you need to wait 15-20mins in the long drive-through line. Food is still good though but not worth the wait.
I would stay away until the pandemic ends.Lobby is closed and even with an mobile order, you have to wait through the drive through line as everyone else orders.Every time we have tried to come we have been inconvenienced.
This place has refillable sodas, free bathrooms, large plastic trays for your dining comfort, and as many single serving ketchup packets as you could ask for. We even had left overs. This place is great.
I'm here now and wish I'd read the reviews before. Waiting near the door as 5 cars behind me have been served. Items at the top of the menu are not available.Then...you Wait. Don't do it.
The people treated us terribly and made us wait for 20 minutes to order when it was only one car. The food was too much money for something not that good. Don’t eat cheese sticks it was terrible. And she never packed us some straws.I would not recommend it.
