Our first time eating here. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip with garlic bread for an appetizer, the 8" chicken alfredo pizza, and the 8" meats-a-pizza.The dip was a little bland, personally, I would have preferred more flavor in it, it also felt like they only put a small amount of filling and then a huge amount of cheese on top. It made the dish bigger but also after 5 minutes, the cheese was no longer piping hot and turned hard so you could no longer dip things into it. The garlic bread was really good with it and it was a good portion for an appetizer. The pizzas were both fantastic! A perfect combination of flavors from the sauce, toppings, and crust. The crust is well cooked and has herbs mixed in and is airy and light with a sturdy bottom. The pizza holds its shape well. The only way to make it better would be to serve it on dishes thay don't allow condensation to build up under it to keep the crust as good as when it comes out.Staff were all kind and friendly. Service was quick! We really enjoyed it and will be coming back to try the pasta, salad, and soup bar!

Learned that they have Gluten Free pizza and that the way it's prepared helps me since I have Celiac disease and the littlest bit of gluten can make me very sick. I was pleased to not have any problems after eating their wonderful pizza and getting some of their outstanding homemade root beer! Our server was great and everything was so nice and wonderful. If we are in the area again, we will be sure to eat there another time.

$50 for a large pizza and salad....The food is very bland and over priced. The salad bar is impressive! Tons of choices. The pizza was lacking in any real flavor. A rosemary crust was a touch, but it just wasn't flavorful.Considering that this is in a town of white, Mormon, senior citizens and college students, I should have managed my expectations better. The home made Root beer is awesome! Very dark and rich flavor.

I feel like Brick Ovens quality has really gone down hill. They lost our order so they had to remake it. Which took an additional 20-30 minutes and forgot to bring out our bread we ordered.I’m not sure if they’ve changed their dough recipe or what, but their pizza just isn’t appetizing anymore.

Love this place, service can be hit and miss. Try to avoid going during any athletic events or school dance nights. The pizza is great, awesome salad bar and pasta bar.The homeade root beer is phenomenal. The brownies are incredible too

Food was good, but the service was lacking. Our pizza didn't come out until we were done with our salad, and pasta bar, and ready to leave. Easily an hour. The person serving at the pasta bar looked like he didn't want to be there, and our server only checked on us once. We were out of rootbeer, and water, and the dishes were piled up from the salad and pasta bar. Since it's a 30 minute drive, we won't be going back.

Polite, happy and helpful staff, food was amazingly good, haven't been in over 10+ years and yet it tastes as good as I remember it. The building is very clean and has a nice aroma to it, with a very professional Italian feeling, dining room was quiet compared to other restaurants. The salad bar is huge with so much to choose from.Root-beer is still homemade and tastes bubbly and satisfying. The pizza I had was a Meats-A-Pizza and had so much good flavour, that marinara sauce was the best I've had. Their breadsticks were awesome as well. I have so many good things to say, I plan on coming back again as soon as I can.Thank you Brick Oven team, have a good one.

We ordered take out/curbside pick up. 3 things were totally missing and 1 was wrong (spaghetti with meatballs when we ordered chicken parm. Root beer was also flat. Will not return.

Absolutely love this place! Easy to have family parties and the food is delightful. They used to do this all you can eat pizza special, but pretty much anything is good there. I’m particular to their pasta.

Place is still great after all these years. Great service and food. Their root beer is top notch and highly recommend. Our waiter at 2 perfect pours in a row. Don't know how he did it. Calzone is recommended.
