Warning NOT Family friendly!I was in this store this past Monday evening and was shocked to hear songs with explicit lyrics being played in the store. I'm not talking about one word but the f-bomb dozens of times in the few minutes I was there with my child. BYU Creamery here we come. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't submit with zero.
The ice cream tastes fine - I just think that BYU Creamery has better options.
I miss the days of an employee greeting you when you walk in the door, or looking at you, or responding to you, in any way. I hate it when you ask for something, at a business, and you feel like you’re requesting a massive favor.
Here's the thing I love their ice cream especially the strawberry cheesecake, my only issue is the last time I ordered a single scoop there was hard small, pieces of ice in it, like they scooped mine from all the way at the bottom. I ended up throwing it away because I was a bit put off by this ?
Shout out to ? STAR ? @ the Provo location. Great customer service easy to laugh with and goal oriented. I dropped my ice cream ? ? and without a second thought Star gave me a replacement. The world needs more people like you girl.Much Love ❤ & appreciation
my family always orders baskin-robbins cakes for birthdays. i ordered this cake for my dad’s 50th. so bad!!! it looks nothing like the picture that i ordered. they also called the night before pickup and said they were completely out of the ice cream we originally wanted for the cake.
I ordered a photo birthday cake. It was excellent. Turned out better than I thought it would and it tasted so good!! Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back for more birthday photo cakes and others!!

Skimpiest cone I've ever been served. A terrible value for the Baskin Robbins price. Server polite. Store seemed clean. I do not recommend getting ice cream here.
Friendly service, delicious flavors, and no line around 2 o'clock on a Saturday! I would recommend it.
