Really good place. My husband and I usually order burritos. We always get our burritos with steak even though it costs more unfortunately but worth it. Really good. I Iike how they have 3 kinds of beans to pick from and 2 different kinds of rice. It always comes with lettuce, pico and sour cream on the side. Their horchata is really good.

Ordered a sweet pork salad last night. It was the worst sweet pork salad that I have ever had. I had not been to Bajio and thought I’d try it. Big mistake. I should have taken a hint because there was little to no line in their drive through. They asked what dressing I wanted but then, forgot to include my dressing with my order. I get home and there is no dressing. The sweet pork tasted like there was no flavor. The lettuce was hot and soggy. I was surprised how bad it was. I had not had food for 8 hours so I honestly thought any food would have made me happy. Boy, I was wrong.Save yourself the time of going. The food is awful.

I called to ask if they have ceviche, because they didn’t have any last time we were here. They told me twice that they had it. We showed up to the restaurant & they said they didn’t have it. I told one worker that we had called & asked, so she called the manager out to ask her. The manager was super rude & dismissive. As we were saying that we had called on our way over to ask if they had ceviche, she just walked away from us & didn’t even act apologetic at all. We are never coming back after this, since our previous experience wasn’t great either! Used to be one of our favorite places. Super disappointed.

Best Chicken Green Chili Salad! I wish Bajio had more locations like they used to. It beats Café Rio and Costa Vida!

Way better than I expected. It appears to be like other chain restaurants, and while it has the same idea the food tasted a lot better. We went late in the afternoon and while there were quite a few people there it felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves. Food was fantastic and I’d eat here again. I got the chicken green chili salad and it was SO good.

I had a good experience with the staff, it’s very clean, the the chicken green chili definitely sets it apart from other places. You must try it! I got the salad with it and it is kicking my butt right now with how good it is, I had to stop what I was doing at work just to write this review. Doesn’t destroy my stomach either which is an amazing plus

Super disappointed. I just moved back to Utah from Colorado and haven’t gone to Bajio since I moved 9 years ago. Needless to say it was a less than stellar experience. The girl (didn’t know her name until I saw a review form someone else) Lorena who “helped” my mother and I initially had a major attitude. Don’t know if she was just having a bad day. I was left with the impression that she didn’t really even care to help us or be there. Seems like she was about to go on break or get off of work. I say that because when we were eating our food she wasn’t on the floor anymore. When you’re made to feel like you are a bother or an inconvenience it leaves a long lasting impression. Even when my mom simply asked what they put in the nachos she was not nice when she explain what was included. The lady in line before us had her order messed up. When we were sitting down eating our food the people who ordered after us were complaining about the customer service as well.Unfortunately once you receive an experience like we did, the food no longer remains appealing or appetizing.Needless to say I won’t be going back. Which makes me sad because I used to love bajio.I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I understand how challenging and difficult it is to work in food service and I can only imagine in COIVD times as well. However I didn’t come and pay $36 for a terrible customer service experience and a stank attitude.

Each time I go something on my salad gets mixed up and the dressing get cut less each time. The most recent time I got half a cup of ranch for a whole salad and I didn't get any shrimp on my shrimp salad. I paid $15 for a shrimp salad with no shrimp.

This has been a destination spot for me for years and tonight I'm just as in love with their food and service as I have been for over a decade! My go-to meal is the chicken green chili salad with all the fixings and no dressing. It has stayed consistently great. My kids love the queso and chips and green chili quesadilla. I wish we had one in Wasatch County!!

This place is so good!! The food is fresh and flavorful! Lot’s of great options! It was a delicious surprise to have the ice cream churros too! And they’re only a few bucks!I would highly recommend stopping by Bajio! You literally can’t go wrong with any choice! It’s all so good!
