Last time I visited this Arbys I swore I would never come back, well I decided to give it another chance. Horrible food did not taste or smell right, watched a worker go out for a cigarette return back in the restaurant and immediately start bagging up customers food. Watched as friends or family of staff show up to hang out at the counter and talk. I will NOT be going back to this location on University Ave in Provo.
I've been coming to this Arby's location for 25 years and have rung the bell many times, but never again. Today, after they lost my online order, the manager accused me of lying about it to try to get free food. I had not given her any reason to go there, and I've never felt so insulted or humiliated at any place of business. (There were several other customers within earshot when she made that crazy accusation.) That is no way to treat your customers. "Owner" there is no reason to give your canned response. My review speaks for itself and I've already been in touch with both Arby's corporate and Home Run Restaurant Group about it. P.S. A large number of the five star reviews here are from Arby's employees--a fact that many of them readily state in their reviews if you read them! That's a very dishonest way of trying to inflate your poor rating.
Brought home a sandwich, was still fresh and warm 2 hours after sitting in my room temperature kitchen. Great work, great food, I've had little problems and my family is proud of me for working here. Keep it up :D
One thing I've always liked about your market street sandwiches is how fresh the bread is. NOT TODAY. Ordered a turkey/swiss at about 12:30 pm. The bread was very, very dry, there was hardly any dressing on the bread and the meat, cheese, lettuce, etc were all in the middle of the sandwich. Very Poor Quality. Rethinking using your place of business again.Arby's replied asking for more details. The website they gave me for "more details" is unreachable. Clever. They obviously don't care what the consumer wants.
Love the 2 for $6 beef n cheddar. This location always has friendly employees, in contrast to other restaurants in the East Bay shopping area. They even had dog treats for my doggo.
Please employees. For the love of god. Include sauce with people’s drive through orders. If there is some ridiculous policy, at least ask people if they want sauce. You’re ruining lives by not including sauce. The sun may explode or the moon may crash into the earth. Or all the birds may attack. Sauce. Please. (We even asked for sauce)
We love Arby's and the employees are always so kind and friendly! The food is normally always the same, and it's nice to trust that the quality isn't going to vary store to store.
I love Arby's so very much. I went to this location with my parents a couple days ago. It's always a good idea to go there and enjoy for good food with good friends! ??
They have good customer service even when short staffed, always have great coupons (especially for family deals) and they are on top of it when it comes to getting you the hot food you order. I've never gotten cold or overly salty fries from this store.
Just got this sandwich and I’m super disappointed - they skimped on everything.
