For MONTHS your lobby has been closed. Finally I see your sign that reads “we are open” and decided to try. Yet I entered the lobby at 6:24 on a Monday and was told they were closed. When are they NOT closed? You must not want business. Honestly, just shut your doors permanently if you can’t stay open. NEVER had this issue with other Arby’s locations. Such poor service.Also note: you are literally the ONLY fast food place that is still using the pandemic as an excuse for poor hours and poor service. No other chain is still having issues. Only Arby’s and particularly this location.
Severely disappointed in this location. Showed up around 5:45 (you know, dinner time) and they were already closed for the day! They had a sign on the door that said they’re only open from 12-5pm! Funny enough, their normal hours (10am-11pm) on here were “confirmed by the business owner”, so someone’s lying. I don’t know what kind of laziness sparked this, but this is absolutely unacceptable. It’s a real shame too, because I’ve always loved going to Arby’s, but I guess I can’t now since they’re never open.
Is there a 0-star option or a negative star option??? I placed an order for pick-up from this place in Sunday April 3, received my confirmation email, AND a follow-up email telling me my order would be ready soon...and when I got there they weren't even open. Not the doors, not the drive-through, nothing. When I called the number, the message simply said no one could take my call. I double checked their hours...the CLAIM to be open on Sunday. I called my credit card company, and the charge for my phantom order IS on my credit card! Alright...$13 and change isn't a bit deal, but talk about getting ripped off! No food, no one to speak with, nothing but stealing my money.
Getting the vibe that they are going out of business. Didn't open until 12pm. And were out of curly fries. I thought curly fries were like 'their thing'. disappointed. French dip tasted good though.
Always super slow and the inside of the location is poor and not well kept. I love arbys just wish this one was run better or if there was another one
Just a quick note because the workers there can't update any of this online stuff,THIS LOCATION IS ONLY OPEN FROM 10AM-5PM. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE TO THIS STORE AFTER 5PM YOU WILL BE FORCED TO APPLY FOR AN ORDER REFUND.If you used the app, go into customer service settings and apply for a refund. If you did it online or not signed in, you must call the Arby's call center and give them your info so you can get your money back.
They just need to close this location. Their hours are never consistent, The service is hit or miss, same with the food. Takes 20 minutes to get your food even if you're the only person there. Go to the one in Orem off of state street if you must have Arby's.
For a company that says they have good quality meat they sure do suck at cutting it thin and making the food enjoyable. This is just proof that there are too many lazy people at Arby’s because this would not go out the door at the Arby’s I worked at. Poor quality and not so friendly drive through because they had attitude when I was ordering. Will not be going back any time soon.
I was asked to wait 5-6 minutes for fresh food. I agreed to wait because who doesn’t like fresh food?! The fries were absolutely disgusting, they tasted as if they were sitting for hours after being fried in oil that hasn’t been cleaned out in months. The sandwiches were NOT fresh and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning because I was very sick after eating. I wondered why we were the only ones in the drive through that long, now I know. This place needs to be shut down. I could only imagine what the inside looks like. Wish I could get my $15 back, waste of money!!!
Won't be long before this one closes down. Slow service, slow drive thru, sub-par food and not a clean place overall. Arby's is great but this location needs a new owner/management.
