Good burgers. Love the cheese curds and other fried sides. Of course the root beer is pretty good too.

I've been a customer here for about four years now, but in the last year it has really, REALLY gone down hill. If you are lucky enough to come on a day that they are open, you are even more lucky if they are open for the full length of their advertised hours. Then on top of that, half of the time, they won't be able to fullfil your order because they are out of ingredients for what you wanted. When they are open and you can get what you want, they do it well, but availability of service or product are in very short supply.
Was so hot the corn dogs MELTED the container. Tried calling to tell them so it didn’t happen to someone else and the guy laughed and hung up. After I tried calling back got a busy signal every time.
Food was ready fast, drive thru staff totally on point and taste was not sacrifoced.....overall very pleased
Two weeks in a row I’ve come here on a Tuesday for their two for $10 deal and haven’t been able to get it because they have not been open when they say they are. The door says 10:30 opening time and online it says 11:00. I came at 11:15 just to be safe and they still were not open. I called, and they say “yeah we will be opening in like maybe 30 minutes”. I’m sick of this place and will never try to come again.
Forgot our French fries for the second time this month. Went to the door even though the lobbys closed and a nice gentalman in the kitchen came out and corrected the problem.

Love their food but they ran out of root beer! What's A & W without root beer!
How in the world is A&W always out of Root beer?? That is what A&W is! I'm so disappointed
