the service was slow for 8:30 on a Sunday, but as always the food is always the best. We love coming to Yuki Yama and will fore sure be coming back.

Very good wait staff. Food choices were excellent. Awkward seating in the back area made for a hurried meal. If you want a table with chairs (with backs) you have to ask for it.
We had a table upstairs and the noise was deafening. Luckily, there were seats at the sushi bar. Caesar, our sushi chef was fantastic. Attentive and personable, he and Shannon made our birthday celebration a memorable evening. Yuki Yama's fish is so fresh and it expertly prepared and presented. Caesar introduced each fish and dish presented and what we could expect from taste and texture. Shannon was our server and she insured that the experience was first class. This is our go-to place in Park City for celebrations. You won't be disappointed.
My wife and i loved everything we ordered. The maki rolls were great, but the pork ramen was delicious and the bone marrow gyoza were incredible! We also loved our waiter, Link. Highly recommend Yuki Yama
Very enjoyable! It was nice. The staff was very friendly. It was really expensive though. The food was good. Mesa Jar Jar Binks. Overall it was very good. By the way Mesa Jar Jar Binks (P.S. You should add salmon teriyaki)
