Got the order way wrong. No straws or sauces. Dine in was closed for whatever reason. Have been to this location a few times and have been disappointed every time but this last time left me with no choice but to take the time for me to get on here to leave a bad review and to warn the people of park city trying to get a 4 for 4 to avoid the urge and get something…. Anything… anywhere else. You’ll thank me later. And if you read this and go anyway and are disappointed don’t say you weren’t warned.
I went through the drive through today and when I got home and opened my chicken sandwich, it had a grey/white/blonde hair wrapped all around the chicken and lettuce. Very disgusting experience, I will no be returning and would like to be refunded since my meal was over $10 and I could not eat it.
I love the 4 for 4 deal, or if your more hungry the $5 biggie bag! Wendy's is my go to fast food joint!
I paid $16 dollars for two breakfast combos and ICE coffee on both. She handed us one ice coffee and one hot coffee. I asked politely to exchange for the ice coffee I ordered. She then rudely took back the hot coffee dumped it in a small ice coffee cup with two ice cubes and closed the window. My coffee is still hot with no ice cubes now and I got a smaller size than I paid for. Than you to the two lovely Hispanic ladies for being rude first thing in the morning.
Food is fine, just like any most Wendy’s. HOWEVER, they’re never open in the evening even when it says they’re open till 9. Change your posted hours or pay your employees more if you can’t get enough people to work to fill the schedule.
This has to be the worst Wendy's in the country. In the last few weeks their credit card machine has been broken twice that I know of. Couldn't even take cash last time. Closed at 6pm on a Saturday night the other week. I was the last person in the drive though, and they cut me off at precisely 7:00pm - there was no one else left. Corporate should fire the managers.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's.My food was cold, my frosty was half way melted. I had clumps of mayonnaise squished out of the sides of my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with the cheese only half way on the patty, and the paper loosely wrapped. They didn't put ketchup, ranch or other sauces in the bag. They forgot the kids-meals juice boxes.They weren't busy or slammed and we didn't have to wait long for our food, it was just very poor service and food quality. Very unhappy with this store.I don't understand why we are raising fast food wages and getting worse service than ever before. You've gotta earn your wage. Do a good job, pay attention to the details, go above and beyond, take pride in your work.
We arrived to pick up some food through the drive thru at 6:50. We asked to get two orders and they said "we close in 5 minutes we can't give you two orders" they close at 7:00 but for some reason we could not get two orders. We then asked for a frosty but of course they had ran out of them. The service wasn't terrible, just a bit strange. We did end up getting our food correct. But overall not the best experience.
There was HAIR in the fries. The cheese wasn’t even melted. And the cheeseburger was freezing cold as if it hadn’t even been warmed up. If there were a zero star option, I would choose that. Luckily we noticed before we got food poisoning. I and my family will not be visiting here again
Literally just gave me a chicken sandwich with a moldy bun. What the heck.
