Affordable healthy fast causal with nice indoor and outdoor seating what more can you ask for.A solid dining experience my favorite is the chicken and grains for 12$ with the spicy sauce that’s on it.Also large tables with some outdoor seating and nice little lights above it.

Great healthy fast casual. Had the trout with cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Food served to you at the table after ordering, took 2 mins even tho it was quite busy for lunch! Easy stop right off the highway.
Definitely a different place, a good different though. Some meat and extensive sides/toppings served cafeteria style for plates or salads. We tried the beef roast, lemon chicken, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, macaroni, and some of the cold vegetables. Everything was good but none of it was great. All unique flavors but not really anything you would crave later on. That said it was a cute little place with some good atmosphere. So a good place with some pretty good food, but more for those who are into healthier or vegan food.
I first ate at Vessel Kitchen in early 2018, and since moving to PC, have eaten here multiple times a week. The dishes are unique, the ingredients fresh and healthy. There are so many options (though I have my favorites). The staff are great too, working hard to meet demand.Go try Vessel. You’ll love it!!
We used this restaurant for a get together up in Park City. And for the two days in a row that we used it, I was very impressed with the food offerings that each member of our group was able to get. I particularly liked the poke. And the kombucha was quite good as well. When I go back to Park City, or Jeremy Ranch I plan on stopping here again.
Awesome option for flavorful, healthy food. Prices are appropriate. So refreshing! Cauliflower is bomb. I love eating here after a day of skiing on my way out of Park City.
The food here is good!! I rated them down because the ordering process is not intuitive. They have the food on display along the window, but you can't pick what want from the display. They need to go to Chipotle and learn how ordering should work.They fix that it would be a great food chain.
Wow experience level! Could have been a white tablecloth in NYC. We loved it staff was great. Love how you walk by all the food THEN order and they bring it to the table. Large servings too. And reasonably priced.
Stopped in for a casual dinner after a day of skiing at park city. Actually enjoyed this place more than a lot of the “fancy” Park City restaurants we ate at on the trip. The food was flame and they offered large portions at a good price. Had the pot roast with sides of the Mac and corn. Next time in Park City I will go out of my way to eat here.
