Very fun place. In the heart of Main Street in beautiful Park City. It had 3 different areas to be in. The first one, as you enter, is a more mellow area. The second one in the back is where you can go and enjoy live music in a more bar-like ambiance. The upstairs is like a pub where you can sit (inside or in the patio area) and enjoy food, drinks and a softer kind of live music.
We stopped in for dinner without a reservation and sat at the bar. Great buffalo style chicken wings and portobello sandwich. Live music upstairs which we could hear from our seats. Overall a nice relaxed place for food and drink.
We love coming here for the gluten free pizza. It is so delicious. I love The Trip the best. We like upstairs better for dinner, especially when it's warm enough to sit out on the deck. We've been coming since it was just the old bar at the back and love the renos they did and the updated food program. Do wish they had more gf options but happy to get the pizza when we come. There's always a line for the bar on weekends and holidays. The old back bar has live music and draws a good crowd!
On a beautiful sunny day, we were able to score and outdoor table. The views are awesome. This was just a quick stop for a snack as we explored Park City. Excellent selection of craft beer! I had to post because the wings were solid. Very good wings and the buffalo sauce was tangy! The wings are breaded, heavily, be forewarned! Service was great and it is a great spot to hang out, chill and have a few craft beers.
It’s a gem of Park City right in Main. They have a small menu but it’s a great menu!! As soon as you enter they check ID’s and the gentleman asked if he could accommodate anything. I have a disease that causes severe muscle weakness and pain so I asked for a low top. There are just a few, mostly high tops. He quickly got up from his post and cleaned a low top for us!My friend from out of town loved it too! We ate, we drank, we had fun! Thank you “The Spur!”
I wish that I could write a review based only on the food and service in the restaurant, because both of those were great. However, our group had a horrible experience with the doorman, who was incredibly rude. The spur has a really cool patio, tasty food (try the maple jalapeno wings) and a good drink selection as well. Even though we were told they were understaffed, we received great service once in the restaurant. Again, BEWARE OF THE DOORMAN.
Got a wagyu burger here and it was delicious! So I went again on Friday night to see the live band and they were so entertaining. Music really starts around 8pm or later.
This is a good spot if you're looking to grab a drink and listen to live music. The service is attentive and quick. However the food is underwhelming. They have a lot of burgers yet can't cook them to temperature. Both my boyfriend and I ordered our burgers medium and they were very well done. For such an expansive burger selection they should be able to know how to cook them to temp.
The best Old Fashion! ?. Great service & good food
We went on a Friday night and they had a band that was about to start shortly after we arrived so we entered right before the $10 cover went into affect. One member of our party was finding parking, so two of us were able to find a table and by the time he showed up there was a line. Even though we explained that he would be dining with us and not entering the live music venue, our party member still had to wait outside in the line.Cheese curds were about what you can expect in Utah (I'm from Wisconsin so I have high standards).Spinach artichoke crab dip was pretty good. The Spur burger was great, the sweet potato fries were good, but a little crispy and it would be nice if they came with aoli instead of ketchup.Wings were ok, but needed a little more sauce.Service was great! It was busy but our server ensured she was always around.Overall food was good but be prepared to wait in line on Friday nights
