The Brass Tag offers an amazing, warm, and beautifully architected ambiance. It’s family friendly and offers a variety of food. Personal favorites include the fondue, shrimp Caesar salad. pizza, bolognese, and cookie skillet! They also offer excellent wines and a unique treat of pickled grapes that everyone must try. Highly recommend this top of the line restaurant!

Short menu, only get pizza(which looked ok) Had the veal ravioli - picture dry ravioli(looked like out of freezer bag) in a row on top of some mediocre tomato sauce- terrible! So many good restaurants in park city, this is not one.

Had our family Holiday party here Saturday night and can’t give the Brass Tag enough stars for making our night magic!!! The place is spotless! The brick oven pizza was out of this world! Our amazing server Jamie Lynn was so professional and the best service I think I have had in very long time! By far the best server we have come across in Utah! She had our whole table entertained and taken care of better than my momma could do at dinner time!!! Thank you Brass Tag! The atmosphere and people here are what you would expect from Deer Valley and professionals with true class!!! Our new Holiday go to!!!

Excellent service and food!!! A definite park city must!

Made reservations & showed up a few minutes early but the entry was blocked. Waited till 15 minutes after our reservation time, even called the restaurant but was sent to voicemail. We were really excited to eat here & starved from being on the slopes. Got a call after we left asking where we were & if we were coming back. Disappointment for sure.

This place is one of my new favorites in Park City! We stopped in Friday night starving and thirsty from a long flight… Jamie and Willow the bartenders there treated us like family! Killer drinks and pasta! The conversations and energy with Jamie and Willow was so fun! Can’t recommend this place enough! Service, cleanliness, hospitality! I definite gem!!!

Last night I came with a group of Fourteen people. It took a little while for them to take drink and appetizer orders. It took even longer for them to come for our main food order. A half hour after taking our main food order they came back saying they were out of two menu items and most of our party had to reorder something else.More than two hours after being seated our food finally arrives. The food was either overdone, under done, or completely dry. The amount of food left on the table uneaten was laughable.Only two of the people got what they ordered. They brought out extra food we didn’t order and charged us for it.We went in there with the expectation of a fancy fun, and delicious experience. We came out of it hungry and disappointed at the gross entrees and ridiculously slow service. The server even sweared at us… using the dirtiest swear about my mother. They offered to take 100 dollars off the bill. They then offered to cut the bill in half. When they ran the card they only took off 30 percent. This atmosphere seemed nice, but man, this place was shady and disappointing. If I could give it zero stars I would.

So, we came to this restaurant as a special occasion retreat for our management team. We called ahead and reserved a table for 14. Upon arrival at 7:30, we were asked if we had any food allergies or preferences, etc. I thought this is really weird because typically you’ll just order according to your preferences of a menu after you get seated, but whatever. We were soon there after seated and we ordered our appetizers which came out about 15 minutes later. Not too bad. Our orders for our entrées were not taken at that time and we had to ask specifically to be able to put them in.45 minutes after we put in our order, a waitress came out and told us “congratulations! Some of you were going to get exactly what you ordered. Others of you aren’t.”Not “congratulations your food is ready.“ Or “I’m sorry it’s taking so long.“ pretty much a message that said “ we are unapologetically informing you that you are not going to get what you order tonight.” Apparently they took orders for five steaks when they really only had two left in the back and had to augment some peoples orders.Another 45 minutes later, the appetizers have long since dried up, as have our drinks.Still, we waitA record-setting two hours and 23 minutes later, two servers come out with plates of food.As the food comes out, the servers have no memory of who ordered what and said gleefully that they had “found two extra steaks in the back.“ Where? Behind a freezer? I have no idea. Now they start bringing out extra food that wasn’t even ordered. It is a mess. Only two out of our 14 people had the food they ordered place in front of them. The rest had over cooked food, undercooked foods, the wrong food, the list goes on.Right now it’s 945 at night. We are all exhausted, dressed in our best for nothing, and our unapologetic servers came back to offer a quote dessert on the house,“ to which I quickly responded “how long will it take?“To be honest I was rather tongue-in-cheek about it but what were we supposed to do?Of course we didn’t take dessert. We were also ready to go home.At the end of the night, they bring us a $980 Bill. Apparently charging us for the food that we didn’t order. The waitresses “oh don’t worry, we took $100 off of the trouble.“Really?10%?Upon being told that we thought she could do better than that, she said that she would be able to take half off, and then went and proceeded to charge us for 60% of the bill.We told you that 14 people were coming. You didn’t prepare for that. And then you told us the excuse of “we don’t do our own reservations.“Even our drivers had never heard of this restaurant and they live and work in Park city every day. I guess there’s a reason they’ve never heard of it. It’s not worth going to.We left 70% of the food on the table. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

It's one thing to have a bad experience at a restaurant, but a whole nother to have them swear at you, lie to you, charge you extra, and wait hours for food that wasn't even good.

The place and decor are beautiful. Surrounded by the mountains in Park City it was worth the 40 minite drive. The food was outstanding. They said the chef does amazing things with chicken and they didn't lie.
