Ordered a walk-in pick-up through the Taco Bell app because the trailer I’m towing will not fit through a drive-thru and despite the app allowing me to order for walk-in and the huge banner that says “Dine-in open come on in” on the side of the building, the door was locked. I found an employee smoking by the drive-thru speaker who told me that it was my fault for ordering through the app and that I should have called the store first. Had to stand outside by the door for over 10 minutes in the heat to get my food and then received incorrect items. Terrible experience
Definitely 0 stars. Not even open. But no sign or any indication to say they're closed. Don't waste your time coming here.We placed an online order. Drove over to taco bell to pick it up. Large signs everywhere saying "we're open" and dine in is open. We showed up and the whole place is closed - middle of the afternoon on a weekend. We ordered and paid on the app and it said the order was received and was being made. Waited in the drove through to pick up the order. Waited 5 minites at the speaker box only to find out nobody was even working. Nobody to make the order. Paid for the food but can't pick it up and nobody to talk to to get a refund. If there is a staffing shortage,at least have the decency to put up a sign and let people know. Its just ridiculous and rude to your customers. Will never come back.
Terrible food presentation. We ordered two Deluxe Cravings boxes at the drive thru. Instead of giving them to us in the Cravings box, they just threw the items into a bag. The nacho cheese sauce opened on one of the orders and got all over everything else. The steak chalupa was cold and hard to tell it was steak, at about $8.49 a box I thought it was not a good value. I usually like Taco Bell, but this one was probably the worst one I've been to. Only giving it two stars because the server messed up our drinks, but rather than pour them out she just told us to keep them and gave us the correct ones.
Oh Taco Bell... A place so close to my heart, endless memories at college, with the famous Fourth meal in never-ending Mountain dew visits which was always necessary for the Halo parties...The Taco Bell I fell in love with at college it is sadly nothing like this place. Because I like to get points, and I was craving cinnabon coffee with a nice soft taco.I showed up to purchase my meal, and they handed me a soft taco, which was very cold and had no melted cheese, along with a soda cup. I pointed out that I had ordered coffee, and they told me that the coffee machine has been broken for weeks and that was the best that they could do. (Reason why I'm bitter, is because the coffee cost $2.29, when the soda would have only cost $1.)I will cherish my memories, because they are sadly only memories. May the Taco Bell Good times never be forgotten, because they sadly don't appear to ever be happening again
Service was pretty quick, food was good and all accurate. The worker told me he'd never made the Cinnabon Iced Coffee before but it was delicious and he did great!
This is absolutely by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I usually love Taco Bell. This one should be avoided. Terrible food preparation. This is what my taco looked like, no cheese, ripped open tortilla, not even folded properly. Disgusting.
"manager" at the window/speaker on 02/07 at Noon was super rude and yelled at me about my mobile order. Yelled at me to pull around and wait 5-10 min because they didn't have it through the system. Literally got the second confirmation text while at the speaker. No one else in the drive thru...and no one came through the drive thru until he brought my food out within a minute of yelling about not having it. 7 minutes since then and still no one else through? Why be rude when you have no one else in the line.Sign says new management, hope they haven't taken over yet..I've had some bad tacobell experiences across the country but getting yelled was a first.
Just got my Taco Bell about 45 minutes ago and the experience sucked. Whomever was working the drivethru was rude and our food was a complete mess in the bag :( Usually have no problem with this shop but whomever was managing today should readdress the quality standards for today’s team
The worst Taco Bell i have ever had. No flatbread for any Gordita’s. All the tortillas were stale, they up-charged for more meat and it was the same as the regular. Very sad
Ordered some food and a strawberry slush here, and the employee handed me the slush first with it completely overflowing and spilled it all over my hand and side of my car. I was holding it trying to figure out what to do with it while he just stood there having not said a single word to me. He didn’t offer to help, or even say a simple “sorry”. I had to ask for some napkins to try to clean up the overflowing drink. As I’m trying to clean it up outside the window he’s holding my card and food out to me, and still has not said anything to me at all. My two napkins he gave me are completely soaked and not worth anything at this point, and he says “you can take your food now”. He didn’t care at all about spilling the red drink all over and just wanted me out of his drive through line. I ended up just bringing the drink in and got red stickiness all over myself and inside of my car. Fortunately I had a dash wipe in the car to clean the drips up, but just frustrating the employee said nothing to me except to move along essentially. I didn’t realize he spilled the drink all over my door until after I parked and got out later on. I’m frustrated he didn’t offer any napkins to clean it up, or even say a simple “oops, I filled it up a little too much sorry!”
