What a perfect evening, the service was great and the food was fresh and delicious! We will definitely return.
From the moment I entered Sushi Blue the staff was attentive and welcoming - all of them I dealt with. Our orders were taken in a timely manner, they arrived likewise and the sushi was excellent. Our server (Brooks) was the best. For an exceptional sushi "experience" in a landlocked state Sushi Blue delivers.

What a breath of fresh air. This venue is top notch in atmosphere and service. The sushi is wonderful. Fresh and bold, popping with fantastic flavor. The hot sauces pack a huge kick if you are into pleasing your palatte with a punch. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Not a true Japanese restaurant and ordered sushi and it was disgusting!! Will never come back… no words can describe our disappointment

First time here and this was seriously beautiful and delicious. My waitress was double teaming being a hostess and waitress and she was just awesome. I was fully impressed with the presentation, price and taste.
