I ordered on the app and went to pick up, even later than the approx time the order should have been ready. One hour later, our order was done. The lady working looked at me with daggers, the kid working did say sorry for the wait...but did nothing to try to make it better. Owners should teach their employees how to think outside the box, be friendly, and try to make problems better. Instead i was not even greeted and when someone finally looked at my, it was with disgust.
A foot long cold cut trio... $9 at this location when it’s $6 everywhere else..? This location isn’t going to last long.

This location is relatively new they moved from down the street to this new location. The new location is far smaller and seating is akin to sitting in a railway station: cramped, uncomfortable and right in the way of foot traffic. The food is typical Subway, which I do like. Not always fresh, part for the course at Subway. Staff is always friendly, no complaints at all.
