Wonderful ambiance featuring soft western decor accented with posters of rock icons and guitars. Live music every night that sometimes is only a solo player. The food was good and served HOT but our steak was over cooked, sides were under seasoned and cocktails were sweet. With so many options nearby, better food values are easy to find.
Connor was incredible! The best old fashion I’ve had in park city, and possibly anywhere else!The steak was perfect and the sides were perfect!Loved the live music and the incredible experience!Will highly recommend to all locals and friends!!
No Staff & No Visible Management. I am a PC Local and will not be returning anytime soon. If you're going to charge "Ruths Chris" prices - or higher - you need to have excellent service and actually be able to get meals from the kitchen to the table in a reasonable amount of time. For example... $24 for a Calamari Appetizer.... REALLY... $24 for Calamari??? We showed up (party of 6) at 650PM Monday 3/14 for our 7PM rez. We were told we couldn't be seated until seven due to staffing. We sat down at the bar, had a drink and waited for 35 minutes. In that time, two other similar sized parties who arrived after us were seated at tables. Sensing that dinner would be a 3 hour ordeal, we paid the bar tab and walked out. No one asked why we were abandoning our reservation or even wished us "Good Night." I suspect that the staff were relieved that we were leaving!
We had a wonderful time at Sterling the other evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and both the music and food were fantastic. Our young bartender Dianna made us a lovely Maple old fashioned and John made some tasty wine recommendations. We will be back again soon. The amazingly large chair was most comfortable!
We had a wonderful night at Sterling. Top-notch ambience that a classic-rock fan will especially love. Our waiter’s name was Max, and he was on the spot all night to give us exceptional service and some recommendations that really hit the spot. Satisfying appetizers, (couldn’t get enough of both the Tuna Napoleon and the Bicycle Bread) and our entrees were prepared just right. Great cut of fish for my wife and a prime piece of Ribeye. Live music along with great service from Max was a definitely a highlight of our weekend, looking forward to trying some of the other dishes here asap!
Very cool interior & atmosphere! Fireplaces, leather couches and live music. Tables & high-tops to eat awesome food. Think upscale steakhouse for the food. Staff is awesome but want to give kudos to Rose who took excellent care of us! First-timers but will definitely be back soon. Warning it’s pricey.
Found out about this place from the back of my grocery store receipt.I have been here twice now and have had a great time. Definitely recommend sitting at the bar. The bartender, Meagan, made us some great cocktails that we will definitely be back for! She is truly a treasure!Fun ambiance with live music.
This was a amazing steak house with awesome atmosphere. Me and my wife enjoyed the meal so much that was no leftovers. The steaks were cooked to perfection, very well seasoned, their lobster Mac and cheese was amazing. There was live music in the lounge area that was extremely comfortable. I would say this is one of our favorite places.

This place is really weird and awful. Decor is strange. Mismatched and old. Food is off. My wife had to send her food back as did the guy sitting next to us. We’ll never come here again.
