The nicest manager ever works here. Love this place and I don’t even drink coffee.
Too busy to make my order. Starbucks was packed on Saturday morning. They preferred to make online orders more quickly than for the people in the building. I waited 20 minutes for my order and had to leave before it was made. Very disappointing!
The barista was super sweet and enthusiastic. Her name started with a C. She made many customers and I laugh, she made my day much better.

Always fast and good
We had the worst customer service we have ever received. We were harassed about our masks not being high enough 3 times even though they were above our nose and asked to stand outside to wait for our drinks. We were more than 6 feet from anyone and at the back of the store. We will never go back to Starbucks because of how bad we were treated. If I could give them negative stars I would have.
Order a tall red eye with cream and stevia, they forget the cream. So we go back and ask to have a new one made only to realize it’s the wrong size no shot of espresso and no cream. This place needs some new baristas
Sandy T. was incredibly dismissive to a couple about their complicated and improperly ordered drinks. She promptly corrected the way they should’ve ordered in a tone laden with condescension. A few people later, I went up, ordered my drinks and we misunderstood or couldn’t hear each other. Instead of her asking for clarification, she was once again, dismissive and condescending. I understand being overwhelmed and busy, but it doesn’t permit you to unkind and unprofessional.
I order the same thing every time. White chocolate mocha and they made me a mocha. The girl who made it was not the person who took the order so she didn’t know but I needed to purchase another venti coffee to get it right. Should I have paid for that second coffee? Not sure but I didn’t order a mocha. I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for someone making me the wrong coffee but it’s the point of charging me again when they made the mistake.
