I love starbucks coffee! It is just the right balance for me and the grilled cheese is by far the best i’ve ever had.
I ordered ahead by 20 minutes and it still was not ready. And there was a barista just sitting there doing nothing. I’m not gonna spend 20 dollars for it not to be ready. They were even busy
Wow! 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Next time I'll head to park city Roasters !! Customer service here sucked
Sooo slow. Employees are working hard but not enough of them. Plus fancy mobile orders ruin everything. Also, let them unionize. This review is for Starbucks corp as a whole.
Sorry guys.. had to finally do it. My co-workers and I order from this Starbucks quite often and have a running bet on who’s order will be the furthest from what we actually asked for because it’s almost never right.Additionally, the inventory is rarely updated on the app so if our order isn’t wrong, it’s incomplete and our “quick coffee run” turns into a guessing game of how late we’ll be while we wait for a refund or a replacement item. With the exception of today… when the barista told me she couldn’t give a refund because she didn’t know how to find the item number via my order receipt or their register.Fortunately, a local coffee place just popped up right down the street so we may see some relief… and competent baristas and managers.
I was so excited to see this place open to get a nice hot chocolate and a grilled cheese sandwich 5 stars all the way.

Walked in on 9/22 and the door was locked at 6:25…says they’re open till 8? Confused
