So, I visited Starbucks 5 years ago, at Park city... My memory tells me it was nothing like this... Regardless, I was looking for something quick to drink, and I was craving lemonade.I dropped by Starbucks and ordered an iced black tea lemonade. It was 10 minutes before close, and the employees here seem as if they were pretty worn out. They must have had an update, but I'm sorry they weren't feeling very energetic. There was a police officer here, and I wonder if something had gone down, which is why the employees were not in the best of mood.Regardless, my service was pretty fast, and I enjoyed my drink.
My drink was good and the lady who made it was nice and had my drink to me pretty quick
Same as all. Had hot choc. Very small business with few tables.
Employees are inexperienced and inconsiderate. I have a dairy allergy and I asked for a drink with no dairy. The barista behind the counter who was making my drink accidentally put whipped cream in the drink, however instead of remaking or asking me to clarify my order, she whispered to her friends chuckling, “shh I’m scooping it out, shh, shh” and tried to hand it to me. When I asked her to remake it as I originally ordered, she became irritated. She remade the drink however incorrectly, again. The barista ended up remaking the same drink three times to get it right. I did not get an apology and I will not be coming again.
Great location but keep in mind this is a mountain resort town, the service can be VERY slow at times, even if your mobile order is just a cup of coffee and you tell them upon entering the store that's all you ordered.
Employees are always really nice here and attentive. Fast service but it's always small & crowded
This has to be the worst ordering experience I have ever had. I asked for a very simple black coffee with ice and a pastry. The woman could not understand my order. I asked her to repeat it back to me to ensure that she took my order correctly and she kept changing what I had ordered. I cannot understand why ordering black coffee at Starbucks is so difficult to understand.
Excellent service. Organic and fair trade coffee . Im not sure about the tea; if it's organic and fair-trade. Fair-trade is most. Important
It's kinda small, and not the most clean. But certainly not dirty.
The Pumpkin Cold Brew is really yummy!\ \ This Starbucks is designed like a lodge, similar to many other places in Park City.\ \ The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and we were in and out in five minutes.
