Great breakfast/lunch spot in Park City! Stopped in before an early morning hike and had their breakfast sandwich. It was amazing! I also grabbed a banana bread to go and that was really good as well. Can’t wait to go back and try some of their other menu options. Highly recommend!
My favorite stop in Park City for food—my husband and I always look forward to our breakfasts and lunches from here when we’re in town. The folks working here are always so kind and accommodating and I have loved everything I’ve ordered. The salmon bowl is a favorite, along with the potato breakfast sandwich. And the coffee is great too!
I’ve gone to Saltbox several times for lunch, always high quality delicious food. I don’t have a go-to dish as I usually order the daily special and never disappointed. The patio Outback is incredibly enjoyable when the weather is accommodating. They have a decent beverage menu to satisfy any lunch needs. I’m looking forward to trying the breakfast, this has been put on my to-do list.
The place is relatively small so we had to wait for a table. Once seated, the server was quick and efficient. The food was delightful and tasty. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this place. We will also try the carry out menu designed for families of four.

We walked to saltbox from our hotel. The food was excellent. Definitely recommend the egg sandwich (it’s the best I’ve had) and large portions. The egg sandwich was fresh with omelet-style eggs, bacon, ham and a sriracha cream cheese (not spicy).They also offer grab-and-go meals as well as made-to-order options.
This place is a gem! The salt box egg sandwich is out of this world. The best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and I don’t say that lightly. Wow just wow. Great ambiance. Wish I had gone my first day here instead of my last. Can you open one in Denver?!
OMG...this is SUCH a yummy place!!The food is SO good. Ingredients taste very fresh, are well prepared, and well presented. Good portions with reasonable prices. I will come back again!!
