Go somewhere else. 30+ min wait for a smoothie. Kids working here are mopey and disorganized. Whoever owns this location has no idea how to run a business. Embarrassment to the city and to protein foundry.Edit: also they have some inappropriate questions on their employee message board which is fully visible to customers.
I love ordering here but your new payment system online sucks tried three times to upload my card and just keeps declining it was a lot easier before I imagine you're going to lose a lot of business with that
I come here because I can get a shake that fills me up but keeps me on track. Unfortunately, they are very inconsistent making shakes. Sometimes they are the perfect thicker consistency, other times, like now, for an $10 drink (Keto snickerdoodle with plant based protein and a tip) and I’m CHEWING ON ICE. Very thin consistency, almost like drinking healthy water. Disappointed. Will try asking for thicker consistency and no ice next time and see if they helps.
Super yummy bowls! They are huge, so beware lol. I asked for the nutritional info and they had a neat little binder with all their items information and were super quick to find information about their proteins. Very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Contrary to other reviews, things seemed very tidy and well organized. Happy to go back
I ordered something and requested something to not be on it. When I got my order it had the item I requested to be taken off on it. I asked for a different one…… 4 orders later and it was still wrong. All I wanted taken off was red pepper flakes as I am allergic and that seemed to be to hard for them.
Simple smoothie and acai bowl spot with a nice clean atmosphere. I had a special order which they kindly did their best to fulfill. Although it was a bit pricey, l'd be back, all the smoothies hit the spot.
Called this location to get nutrition info on their protein scoops after the Cottonwood heights location hung up on me. The gal that answered the phone in Park City was kind, professional and got me the nutrition info in under a minute! Thank you for good customer service. Someone give that girl a raise and promotion b/c the world needs more kind and competent employees/managers like her! Called at 2:45pm on July 30th.
Don’t bother with this place. The most poorly run establishment I have ever been to. Rude customer service and extremely unsanitary. It took 40 minutes for me to receive ONE smoothie — which was barely blended. Unapologetic staff, who were covered in food grime and did not change gloves after touching tablets and money. Tables, floors, and bathroom all in desperate need of sanitizing. Employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off — unable to gain any sort of efficiency, never mind basic manners.
I never write bad reviews, I think this is my first ever. I waited 45 mins before I said anything to the people working. I asked the girl when my Acai bowl was going to be done, and she walked away and didn’t give me an answer? Just kept working and ignored me. People that ordered after me got their bowls first (it seemed like they knew the people working). There were 4 of us that had been waiting for over an hour, and I finally left without getting the bowl I paid for. I am extremely unhappy with this service.On top of it all, the girl in charge of topping the bowls did not change her gloves after wiping down the counters. There was cleaner and a dirty rag all over her gloves, and she continued to top other customer’s bowls.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I genuinely wish I had been warned before going here. My experience was similar to other recent reviews: the store was very dirty, it took 45 minutes for a poorly made smoothie, and the staff was either grossly undertrained or just did not care.
