For fast food, the chicken sandwich is actually pretty bomb! It is seasoned perfectly, tons of meat, and coleslaw on top. The French fries are pretty good too, and they even sell beers and other alcohol! Though the obvious downside is that you might have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it. I would liken it to Chick-Fil-A, but slightly better and more expensive.
Perfect chicken every time! If you haven't had hot chicken before, buckle up, it is going to explode on your tongue with a flavor bomb! The slaw, pickles, and pretty bird sauce round out and complement the entire dish. Don't be afraid, it is amazing together! Have been back multiple times and am never disappointed.

I really don’t want to be another one of those people that drag this place, but I’d say 3.5 stars on this one. At the location I went to, you walk in and order on a tablet and grab a number to wait for them to bring it out. I got a chicken sando in a combo so w fries and drink. Little under $19 all said and done.The seasoning on the chicken is actually really good, and the piece of chicken, while thick and juicy also doesn’t have real fatty parts which was great. The pretty bird sauce is a fry sauce type with a little kick, I enjoyed that with the fries as well.Overall, pretty decent experience but for the appeal and hype, I’m sure you could find someplace better.
High quality hot chicken sandwich, great crinkle fries. Pricey but very tasty and large serving. Clean no frills interior, low key exterior. Easy to find from anywhere in Prospector Square. I’ll go back.
Great chicken Sammy! I got medium but definitely could have gotten hot or more. The sweet sauce was a nice balance to the spice. It’s very much on the pricey side and a little annoying they add a tip in(obviously can adjust) when I’m ordering myself on an iPad and no one is really taking care of me like at a normal restaurant. $25 for a combo and Mexican corn is more than I’d normally pay then they want a tip? ?
This place is amazing, you must eat here!The food is fresh and consistently great.... Oh and the fries, amazing!I have eaten here and in Salt Lake a few times and am always impressed! Much better than Chick-Fil-A, Popeyes, Zaxby's.
The young lady on charge notice that medium was too spicy for my wife and she offered to change it for mild and that’s really very nice when employees check after customers, I’d give 10 stars to this place if I could!
Came to the Pretty bird Park City Store, after hearing great review from everyone. Thought $13.50 for a sandwich with no fries was a lot, then the next screen asks you to pay, but it has already added 15% tip, which should not be a prompt. Why am I tipping someone to do their job? The sandwich was pretty good, but the sauce could be changed, it adds a sweetness to the sandwich but not a good sweetness. The crispiness of the slaw and combined with the pickles gave it a good flavor, but the sauce is strange. $16.89 for just a sandwich is ridiculous though. Next time I’d order the 3 piece tenders and build it myself.
The chicken sandwich does have a bit of a space the sauce also has a little bit of a kick which is the same sauce that they use on their chicken it's very good even the fries are really good there are you more crispier than I've ever had for fries.
