The service and ambiance didn't make up for the overpriced and lacklustre Sushi. 20 pieces of Sashimi (Chef's choice), not only carried a premium price; but the size of each piece of Sashimi was underwhelming. Each of the 4 pieces of salmon on the Sashimi plate was maybe one inch square; by 1/4 inch thick. I should've taken pictures; but I was entertaining and didn't make a bid deal of it. If you want authentic Sushi - skip this one and seek another. If you're looking for Cucumber, Avocado and fake crab to be the main ingredients in most of the Sushi Rolls; and you're happy to "make it rain" with your cash - then give it a try.

We ordered takeout twice this past week when plans to dine in the restaurant were derailed (first by football playoffs, then by opening night of the Olympics). However, ordering by phone was easy, choices were many and varied, and food was ready on time or early both times. Rolls and nigiri were excellent; my wife gave middling reviews to her noodle dish. For some reason, I have no head for comparing the cost of sushi from restaurant to restaurant, but it felt like a good value, and I'd happily order from here, or maybe even go in if we can figure out our TV-watching schedule, the next time we're in Park City.

My wife and I dined. I’d say the Sevice is Fantastic. I never wanted for anything, water stayed full, plates cleared almost a little too quick. (I was still chewing my last piece of Sushi, chopsticks still in hand as the server asked if f he could take my plate.) We got the Calamari, Super Dragon & the Eel Maki. The Calamari was great. The quality is a little small but it was definitely great quality. The Super Dragon was good. There was plenty of it and the presentation was perfect. The Eel Maki was great EXCEPT…there was little to no avocado in it, at least not distinguished, and the eel was too chewy. My rating is a toss up from a 3-4 but I’ll leave the 4 bc there’s no need to hurt the business for something that may have very well been out of the chefs control.

Good rolls, uni & chu toro. Miso cod is good but small & expensive. Skip the agedashi tofu - they use extra firm Chinese tofu & it has a terrible texture.

This is my wife and I’s favorite place to get sushi! The fish tastes so fresh and every roll we’ve had is always delicious! We brought a friend here for the first time and he was shocked at how good the sushi was! We’ll always be back and always recommend Oishi to people!

This is not a good spot for delivery…we didn’t get the rice or soup we ordered, teriyaki chicken didn’t come with anything but watery sauce, uncooked baby carrots, and overcooked chicken…the plates were all cold. perhaps better in person! but not worth the hefty price tag.

What agreat place! Everything was just right.... atmosphere, servers and food all came together as one! An extra compliment to the Sushi Chefs :-) Not only do they prepare excellent dishes, but they are also very personable and helpful should you not know what ot order.Prices are also acceptable for what you get! Definitely a place to go to..... but you have to find it!

Love this spot. Tucked just a hair off Main Street but still right there. Great food, great service!

Best sushi in Park City. That may not sound like saying much, but there’s a couple other places that are really good, but with L.A. prices. Oishi gives you the best bang for your buck. Try the escolar roll.

Great tasting fresh sushi. The service was over the top and extremely attentive to your requests. Great selection and blue fin tuna!!!
