Don’t like to give negative reviews at all because sometimes one bad experience doesn’t reflect the over all service of an establishment,*******But OMG I was disrespected as a customer at this Location, Mary as she told me her name was(no name tag) actually told me she had no time to help me, wow wow wow.This just happened today jun 9 2022 at around 8:50 amI drive a truck and couldn’t go through drive through.Walked in, was paying with cash and can’t use the kiosk for the life of me, sad but true. She first ignored me and walked away and after some minutes she came back and immediately started telling me she didn’t have time for me, I told her I was next in line to please help me and again was denied service,I can understand that restaurants can be a bit hectic but I find it insulting as a customer that took its time to choose this location only to be told they have no time for you.Also by looking at the comments, I can tell this is a culture of disrespect.Hope someone can address this.
Went there after walking around Tanger Outlets and was very uncomfortable of the ordering method. Usually it's register or computer. But this location just strictly had computer ordering. So the customer service was not the best. We stood around waiting for someone to help us with our order longer than usual. Another customer beside me had to come in and ask for a replacement of his meal because his was cold. Not sure how long his wait was :(. The one unusual thing we experienced. No Refills on our drinks! What!? If this is the way McDonald's is headed they're gonna lose a lot of business.Luckily once we got the food it was good.But their delivery to the table needs help as well. My daughters meal came out but was just placed on a nearby table ?. Luckily my husband went to go ask for something and noticed it and luckily it was still hot. But what's the purpose of the number once you make the order.At least we're aware of This location But in the future we'll go to a different location.
Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Customer service is terrible. (I mean it’s McDonald’s I’m not expecting too much) Waited about 12 years for some ketchup. And then was given 2 packs for three adult men to share ?. They made the inside look fancy but have halved the quality of service. (Don’t think it’s the workers fault to be fair just seem massively understaffed) Also no refills for soda is this America? Just a shambles from start to finish by fast food standards. As someone who loves McDonald’s from all across the globe this is by far the poorest service I’ve seen in a long time. Food was good when I finally got my ketchup.
Unfortunately going through the drive through I got cold fries, a burger that was also not hot, and a filet o fish that clearly had been sitting for a long time as well. None of it was warm nor fresh, and it was right during lunch hour....
For The Flag On The 2 Flagpoles I'm Going To Ask And Recommend That The American Flag Gets Removed Permanently For Something Different And Switched Over To The Red Flag With The Yellow McDonalds M Logo Sign On It Instead For Something Different To Make It One Of Them On All 3 Flagpoles Like 3 McDonalds Red Flags With The Yellow M Sign On It So That It's 3 Of Them On The McDonald's Restaurant Property Because It Represents McDonalds And The Business And I'm Requesting It And Requesting It To Happen
Very clean and very modern McDonald's! Experience was better than at most McDonald's. All ordering was done via kiosks.
I will openly admit that I may have an addiction to iced coffee from McDonald's... It does not matter that I just ordered coffee 20 minutes ago, but as soon as I drove by this place, I knew I needed moreI use the mobile app, to save a little bit of money, and get an iced coffee for 99 cents if I order from my phone.I went to the drive-thru, and there were only three cars in front of me, but there was a little bit of delayRegardless, I got my iced coffee, as well as a little water for my puppy, and I appreciate it.
If you are looking for a soda refill in your meal when dining in this McDonald’s you will not get it. They stop doing refills in this McDonald’s. I am not sure if that the new McDonald’s service nationwide.
Terrible drive through service today. We were charged for 3 things we didn’t even order. The lady at the food pick up window wasn’t willing to listen at all. And to top it off…cold wimpy fries…all 5 orders of them!
Been the worst McDonald's for so many years. Just went through the drive through at noon lunch time and fries not fresh burger thrown together garbage. Please get a clue. You definitely charge enough.
