Not good. When I walked in it smelled like sewer. The whole out side was trashed. When I started eating I found a hair in my ice cream! Will not be coming back.
My husband and I went here this weekend on our weekend getaway. It was absolutely delicious! It was clean inside and the employees were friendly and kind. Looks like they have really turned things around here! If you have read some of their bad reviews from the past few years I would recommend giving them a chance anyways. :) My only feedback for management would be to increase the size of your single scoop of ice cream.
Not sure what experience others here have had, but we were there today and the establishment was very clean and well-kept. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. I had the chocolate chip cookie dough which is a pretty basic flavor and it was the best I've ever had. A little pricier than normal ice cream but that's always to be expected in Park City haha
this was the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. it took 30 + to simply make two açai bowls.
The young lady that waited in Us was very nice. However the portions were a little small for what We paid. The ice cream was meh. We won't be going back.
The ice cream is good, but the door is routinely locked during business hours even when the “open” sign is on. Very frustrating and very inconvenient.

Tons of homemade ice cream varieties. I had the Almond Joyous, delicious. Son had vanilla bean which tasted like real cream. Had a variety of dessert waffles that looked good.
