The restaurant filled with smoke between our appetizer and main course. Our group decided to wait it out in the hopes it would clear, but the smoke lingered for the rest of the meal. I asked Haley the manager if she could make an accommodation on our group’s $ 1,000 bill, and the first words out of her mouth were “are you kidding me?” Take a look at the photo and decide for yourself if this establishment cares about the customer experience. In the end Haley took off $50. What a disappointing dinner. The food was fine but STAY AWAY if you like good service.UPDATE IN RESPONSE: rather than apologize for the billowing smoke and rude manager, the anonymous “owner” chose to level false accusations against her customers. You can see this is a pattern with whoever currently controls the google account, in stark contrast to prior GMs who were accepting of feedback and provided their names and contact info.We were not a group of nine men, so whatever party was rude was not mine. Our waitress was outstanding and no one was disrespectful to her or the staff in any way. We didn’t ask for everything for free (as acknowledged two sentences earlier in the response) and of course tried to enjoy our food, which we ordered before the restaurant filled with smoke. That the smoke was supposedly out of the restaurant’s control is beside the point (but also debatable – a 2-star review from two months ago describes a very similar experience. At least that customer was offered the token gesture of a free desert). After enduring a smoke-filled meal, no guest should be expected to pay full price and then on top of it be subjected to a rude manager. It's revealing the owner doubled down and contends this level of service is acceptable.

Had a great dinner experience at Handle wile visiting Park City on a business trip. We had reservations and arrived early and they had no problems seating us early. Our server was prompt and friendly and made good suggestions, including the Cauliflower as a starter which was awesome. I'd come back and get just that, it was delicious. They offer great mocktail options for those who are looking for NA options, and the rest of their cocktails and drink selection was good as well. One person tried the Mocktail #1 with carrot and it was very refreshing. They have a good bourbon selection and all the drinks came out quickly and were tasty! In addition to the cauliflower, I tried the risotto with shrimp and parmesan, which was creamy and rich and very tasty. Another person tried the market fish with vegetables and another got the cauliflower as a main, which was still very filling. We grabbed some of the ice cream bars to go and enjoyed them while walking to the car down the hill. Overall great experience and delicious food. I'd recommend stopping by while in Park City!

Good eat here. My favorite of the night was the mushroom dish! It was so tasty that I couldn’t stop eating it.My second favorite was the kale salad.I normally LOVE octopus but I wasn’t a big fan of the dish there as it was fried. It made it so hard to chew and feel like masking the fresh seafood taste it would have if grilled.

It was dumb. My husband and I went there for his 51st birthday dinner. We got the giant steak advertised as 26 ounces. It ended up being about 6 ounces of edible meat. The rest was fat. The kicker was the desert pictured here. Looks like Chex cereal and a little mascarpone and who knows what else. 200 bucks and we really hoped for better. It seems like such a great place. Maybe we just ordered unwisely. We will probably try it again. I must say, the 20 year port was exceptional. In fact, that made the whole night worth it.

Such a beautiful restaurant in PC. You know you're in a good spot when they are busy on a Sunday night. Our group of 5 had a lovely time enjoying shared items and delicious cocktails. If you have a large group, ask for the banquette as it facilitated a great dinner for conversation. We enjoyed the mushrooms and turnips, octopus, oysters, broccoli, and the basque cheesecake (exceptional esp if you prefer something less sweet). Service was a little off and we felt Dexter rushed us but he was knowledgeable and friendly enough it didn't matter.

I'll start by saying it was nice that the hostess didn't seem annoyed when I asked for one the halfmoon-booths/table that I spotted as we walked in the door. This place has a great atmosphere. The variety of craft cocktails were delicious! I ordered the cauliflower and pork belly - both great choices.

First, our server Sarah was just awesome! Don't let the small entrée menu fool you. Everything they offer they make to perfection. A good variety of shareables. I had the Bucatini with mushroom ragu (hands down the best dish at the table) - don't let the mushroom part deter you if you don't like them, you won't know they're there. Also tried the meat and cheese platter, beet root and burrata salad, fried chicken (not pictured), New York steak (not pictured), whiskey caramel pudding, chocolate torte and strawberry shortcake ice cream.

Handle loss it’s touch. I give this restaurant unfortunately 0 stars. The food was on par with a fast food joint. We had a 7:45 reservation, was seated 7:55 waiting for a table. we finished our meal by 8:32. The portions were extremely small and the price was let’s say very upsetting. We had the best time last year at this establishment. It is sad, since we waited till the last night to revisit since it was our favorite place last year. The server told use that nothing was worth getting in the appetizer list, recommended the New York strip, 4 small slices for 42 dollars. CoolWith no taste. The chicken was pre cooked as you could see all of it on the self under the heat lamp. 42 dollars for the plate for dry, cool, left out chicken. I d be more impressed if they served kfc. Regardless of the price, it has turned in to a fast food joint with nice atmosphere. With park city have plenty of fantastic options for food, don’t waste a night on this location. After asking if they changed the chef, the server stated it’s the owner, and he is also the head chef and was cooking tonight. He couldn’t be bother or any manager to further see how our meal was, after spend north of 200 dollars at the location. Beyond disappointed, now being my family to pizza since getting reservation a difficult in PC, and we are still hungry after such a wasted experience. Please find new management and a new chef. Please bring back the quality, no one will bark at the price of the food tasted like it did last year. Make if fresh, stop pre cooking everything.

We were lucky to get a table although we had no reservation. The waitress was lovely, very personable, and offered good advise. The food was excellent. Very tasty and the dessert was to die for. 10 out of 10!

Great food and beverage. Small shareables. Cold and hot. Desserts yummy.
