We dine at Grappa every time we’re in Park City. Over the years, we’ve come to expect exceptional food and service. The Osso Bucco was dry and the polenta was lumpy. The sauce of the lobster fregola dish over powered the lobster and the shrimp was over cooked. Additionally, there were no mussels in most of the shells. While we understand that hiring servers is difficult, our server was not up to the standards we’ve become used to. Doug was pleasant, but harried. He was disorganized and took quite some time to do basic things. He served the salads, but didn’t have the pepper grinder. He had to look for that, meanwhile we’re waiting for him to return. Everything took a great deal of time. I had to ask for more water. This poor evening began with the hostess, who was inhospitable and acted like she was doing us a favor to seat us. Overall, a very poor dinner experience. Very disappointing!

The patio spaces are very inviting and the food is excellent!

The outside deck it AMAZING, includes lights in the trees, umbrellas and heaters for nighttime. We had a party of 12. Everyone loved the food, ambiance and service was also excellent. They easily accommodated one vegan, and two gluten & dairy free diners. Excellent! A “must try”!

Outstanding evening. Daniel and his wife did a wonderful job serving us. Do not leave without having the Tiramisu!!!

Great vibe, but they got rid of the great charcuterie board they had last year. The new one is small and just kind of meh. The recommended the veal, but it was pretty flavorless to me unfortunately. The dessert was however amazing!

Great ambiance on Main Street with multiple levels of indoor/outdoor seating. Service was excellent and everyone was very kind to my young kiddos.

good never disappoints . sat in the front patio for the first time - lovely even with the small amount of street noise

Service was tough, they were busy and don't have all the help they should. Who does right. With that the food was not as up to par as normal but was fair. Lots of flavors and made fresh. Great old world charm

seated on time at our requested table downstairs/inside. All food was perfect and the service was first class.

The soup was cold. We sat outside and the heater didn’t work and we were cold. We were told they would bring us a blanket and it never arrived. The salmon was way too salty and the bolognese tasted like hamburger helper. We had to wait forever for our wine and the check. We were so disappointed as we were treating our friends to a special night out.
