We were in town for a Conference. We had a person in our party with food allergies. This restaurant provides gluten free and allergy options. The manager came out to read the ingredients in every dessert. Awesome service. . I don’t have food allergies and love Italian food. This is the best food that I have eaten in Park City. Delicious entrees. Affordable. Friendly staff. Wish that I had found this gem on my first day in town. I split a dish and we still had left overs. Every dish was delicious.
My favorite place to go when we visit Park City. Our party ordered a little of everything from their menu when we were there this past weekend and it was, as always, FANTASTIC. I always get the Chicken Piccata! It's a very hearty meal that was served hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place

The pizza looked good but didn't taste good. Pineapple was hard, extra ingredients in the minimum amount. Also the drinks were pretty bad.
Fantastic food and great service. The Tenderloin Tidbits are a must try.Everything we ate here was really good, but particularly the Tenderloin Tidbits, the pizza, and the Steak and Arugula Salad. The Caesar Salad was solid, but I would prefer a bit more flavorful dressing on it (more garlic, perhaps?).The prices are very reasonable- especially for Park City.I highly recommend Fuego Bistro and I definitely plan on coming back.
We were two families of four (8 of us) and the food and service was excellent. The place was packed but we got our appetizers and dinners in a very timely manner. I’d recommend for any visiting the Park City area.
Food was excellent. Wine selection and drink selection was great. Appetizers were wonderful and pizzas were fresh and hot. Manager accommodated a large party for us without a reservation and a 38 minute wait. Overall extremely impressed.
Must try!!! Everything we had it was delicious. Without no reservation we got seated within a minute and our server Chloe made our night. She was so fast and very welcoming. Definitely coming back!
I get a pizza to go at least once a week from Fuego. Very good!!! Tonight we decided to dine in. I had the ravioli and my wife had the chicken salad. Excellent! Our waiter was Peter. I don't know how the place runs without Peter and Payne. 10 stars to the both of them.
We had such a great experience at Fuego! The food and service were amazing. We had three different pizzas, dessert, and coffee. Everything was outstanding. Service was great as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant.We finished the pizza before I thought to take a picture.
