Edit: please read the owners response to my critical review. This will tell you the kind of people you are supporting by eating here.I am so thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the quality of the sushi and the amount paid for what we received. This is absolute highway robbery. This is a racket. The ratio of rice to fish (approximately 95/5) in a simple tuna roll was absolutely atrocious. Here’s their version of a spicy tuna roll: six mini pieces of a tuna roll (approximately 1/2-inch tall each) with a dab of mayo on top each piece, with a thin strip of sriracha sauce on the plate. It was like this with all the rolls we ordered. I felt like I was getting sushi from Walmart. It was so incredibly lazy and lousy in effort. They really ought to be ashamed at themselves for that meal. The service was less than fine. The wait was quite long to be served or checked on. Multiple requests were missed. No utensils on the table. Did I mention I have two small kids? Yeah, no utensils or cups with lids were offered even though they had the items on hand. They also did not offer the kids the “kids chopsticks”. Still no utensils at this point when we finally got our food. We had to request the items multiple times. Again, this level of inattention to detail at this price is unacceptable. This is not good sushi. Just because it’s cold fish does not mean it’s quality fish. I should have left when I saw the color of the tuna and salmon. This is not a place that specializes in the art of creating quality sushi. This is a place that specializes in the art of selling sushi.I would stay away. I will try other sushi restaurants.
Good wait service, average sushi, poor experience with the host/hostesses.
Love it when someone tries a new take on the traditional sushi roll. The sushi nachos are a must when visiting park city. They are a great starter for the whole table to share. And if you want to get them again for your main dish it would be ok too. They are that good! Enjoy.
Host: “I’m going to make this really easy for all of you, if you don’t have a reservation we will not be taking walk in’s until 8:30.”
Food was great, so was the service and atmosphere. Prices were at or below what I paid to eat at any park city restaurant. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. Located next to a bus stop was a bonus on a cold night.
Excellent sushi, superb shrimp fried rice that tasted like a delicacy rather than a rote side dish - manager handled a delivery glitch like a true hero!
Friendly staff and service was really good, good sushi and apps, cool logo.
We had a really good time, excellent service, very nice staff, the good was surprising, totally recommended.
The best sushi and or dinner experience we had in Park City our entire trip. It was the highlight of our dinner experiences.
Our favorite place in Park city!! So good!!
