Came in today no one in line so my order was taken fast however every table in the restaurant was dirty. Cashier not very friendly. Food a little pricy for quality but I guess that’s how it is in these times.
Food is good, but this is a very poorly managed location. Dirty restrooms, took a long time to refill ketchup dispenser, mistakes in my order, bad attitude from the cashier.
The food was very good but really commone people the lobby was dirty the tables was not clean and like someone should be out there cleaning the lobby with covid going around
New management is really doing a good job turning the customer service around, and the food was delicious by the way!!
I was not impressed with the food here. I paid $20 for a burger and fries. The fries were decent. The burger was almost tasteless. So basically I paid $20 for a $1 burger. I don't think I'll be going back there again.
Service is really excellent and although they don't have a military discount in place, different shift managers will go above and beyond to let you know how appreciative they are for your service. Also, I experienced a problem with one of my orders and they offered to fix it immediately or to come back anytime in the future. ❤️❤️ can't say this about a lot of companies, but this place deserves an award from the city, for actually putting the needs of their customers before a dollar! Will definitely be back
Always a decent burger! Yummy fries! Got here early before the lunch rush, customer #4 and the place is not exactly clean. Ketchup area is a sticky mess, tabletops not wiped down, soda machine icky. Still i will eat and ignore blissfully.
The place is shockingly filthy. I realize staffing is an issue, but cleanliness should be mandated by the board of health. Forget that the bathrooms are not cleaned, the empty ketchup dispenser, at 11:45am was coated in dried ketchup and empty. The soda dispenser was out of 50% of its items. I’ve been to several Five Guys establishments outside of Park City. None had this abominable issue with cleanliness. I won’t return. Hopefully management can address this issue, but I have my doubts as I’ve heard others complain about this same issue for months.
Burgers are not bad as well as fries. The big problem is that the customer service is horrible. The fellow young people working in there it seems they have no training and common sense. They wrap the burgers with foil with no name on it so you can’t identify yours .( if it was with pickles or anything special) and the cherry on the top of the cake is that they put the fries on the top of the burgers , so you get your order all mixed up, then you ask for an explanation they give you an attitude. Not to mention that the place is FREAKING expensive. That was my first time and my last one eating at five guys
Other reviews say it. Mediocre at best. We sat outside table because we had dogs. I saw a female associate wiping table inside and was going to ask her to wipe ours but she was using a napkin so it would not have sanitized! Then outside table area looked awful. Need to power wash the food off concrete. Won't be back for sure. Never even got offered peanuts!
