Pretty cool place with an overall decent vibe, pool table, busy bar, and dining room. We found a table in the bar to watch the basketball game. The bar was pretty crowded, which can lead to a little bit of a wait, but when multiple customers from the other side of the bar have to tell the bartender you've been waiting, it shows someone is having an off night. I was then carded, stood for awhile longer and watched the bartender make other drinks besides mine. He left from behind the bar and came back and when he saw me he had to ask me what my order was. The food was pretty decent. A lot of options, but only a few plant based. There were a few customers over served, but the bartender eventually cut them off. Even after the crowd settled down, I had to wait awhile for our second round of drinks. I would be willing to go back, maybe when it's not so crowded.
I had a great experience at this place over the weekend. I sat on the patio (which allows dogs) with my 4 year old lab/heeler mix. The server promptly brought my beer and water. I ordered a burger rare, which was perfectly cooked and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The beer battered fries were cooked perfectly. I've eaten at most of the restaurants on Main St. and this was the best experience. The only issue I had was I called at 11 am to ask if the patio was opened, the person on the phone said yes but they don't open until noon. I showed up at 11:50 am and the patio was full and everyone on the patio had food and drinks. I was able to get the last table on the patio, however, I did waste an hour doing nothing thinking they did not open until noon. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, service, and beer selection. I will definitely be back.
Wings were delicious, queso with pretzels was excellent, and four burgers were outstanding. Each cooked exactly as ordered, fresh veggies, good buns. Great beer selection. Server was super early on but as the place filled up, she was too busy and we had to get our check from the bar.
Fake Google reviews, this place sucks. I’vehonestly never had a worse experience than this place. I love Park City, been a local for 20+ years. This place ruins the reputation of the city. We waited for over an hour and 30 minutes (while seated). It wasn’t even busy. Worst part? We asked for a manager and she assured us we’d receive food. 30 minutes later, we asked to leave. Utah doesn’t comp drinks. So we spent $50 for the family for drinks to wait nearly 2 hours. Our server checked on us 2 times. They offered us 30% off on the food (after waiting nearly 2 hours and still then had no idea when the food was coming). There’s over 100 other restaurants, throw a dart at any one of them and it would be better: can’t imagine how bad they are when they’re busy.
Great service, the staff were friendly, the food was amazing, had a view of the mountain, and they provided a dog bowl for water for my pup!
We spent several days at Collie’s and had the best time at the bar with Luke and Yeti! Exceptional service and great laughs! Can’t wait to go back!!!!
Food good, big portions for a great price. Fun atmosphere.The queso is house made and has a zip to it. I wished for the nachos that they would have melted the cheese they put on top.
Good service and what you would expect after ski bar. We had dinner and the bar food was ok. My main complaint is the water down drinks. I get it. Is Utah and yes they have hard codes but the drink I received was at a new , low, level. The staff was nice but would only return if I can not get a table elsewhere. (Which is how we got there last night.
