It's always interesting to go to hotel restaurants that don't have celebrity/prestige chefs. Solid restaurants that need to serve their guests and attract visitors. I went with the standard to see how good the Italian is by getting the Bolognese. It was excellent. We started by splitting a cesar salad. They kindly supplied an couple extra anchovies when asked.The space is nice. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. It's not crazy expensive. I was eating here Saturday night in early summer. As I drove past the regular haunts, they were packed. Here, there was a decent number of diners, but certainly relaxed and not over crowded. That's a huge win. The servings are large for me. We ended up with enough for a second meal from the leftovers.

A nice restaurant within the Chateaux at Deer Valley. They have a limited menu but what they do offer is delicious and well done. If you can’t make it into town and are staying at the Chateaux it is a place I would say is worth eating at.
We had such an amazing service at lunch yesterday with Christopher, that we decided to have dinner again tonight. It’s hard to find restaurants that are not full of people in park city. Dinner was delicious. More variety of good than Lunch. We were 8 in our party and we all loved the taste of the food we ordered from appetizers to Desserts. We were All happy with the service Suzette our waiter And Naomi the Manager gave us. Our kids loved the chicken alfredo pasta made for us out of the menu. They rated their dinner 10/10 and asked to congratulate the chef. Chef Mario came to our table and he was so nice. He made our kids so happy. We will definitely come back next time we come to Deer Valley. It will be our first choice. Thank you Cena for great service.
One of my fav places for Apres Ski !! My new fav appetizer is the beet pizza !!
Staying at the Chateaux for a conference. The bar service has been less than stellar. Kristin is very rude and un-helpful. The food is ok at best. Could definitely use some customer service training.

Obviously not enough wait staff. Our waiter was gracious but there was zero follow up, and the food was not hot and one of the four of us received their entre cold.
Truly excellent meal, every course. I recommend highly.
