Food was cold. They offered to remake it, we just wanted them to reheat the food. They serve out of trays, scary part when meat is not kept at a perfect temperature it can make you sick. We were travelling with other people and they were almost done eating. I would suggest Del Taco over this place, how sad is that. $28.00 for two meals that were cold and tasteless. Even the beans and rice were not hot.
Went in at 1035 in the morning. Prices are about the same as all cafe rios. The food was fresh and tasty
We order from Cafe Rio-Park City on a regular basis and 9 out of 10 times the order is incorrect. Every time desserts are ordered they are out of one of the two on the menu. We continue to go back because the food is so good. Recently, an order did not have all the items and it was nearly impossible to get a refund when the location was called. Actually, I didn't ever get the refund. Sad.
Best burrito I've ever had at the Rio. They were training a new employee and she loaded it up. For over $10 you should get a fat burrito. I hate other Cafe Rios in town that skimp on the meat. Very inconsistent

Food was ok, service left something to be desired. Unfortunately the staff working the line made us feel as if we didn't get options on what we wanted for toppings.
Worse location, at 2:pm they didn’t have steak ready, both beans black and pinto were totally dry. Terrible customer services. Diet with two dolly full of trash next to the entrance. Closet door wide open, emergency night exit light warning broken
This Cafe Rio location isn’t good at keeping their handmade drinks full. I often find that the mint limeade is out. Today I asked the employee if there was more and he said, just a sec. It never got filled up. You can see that the restaurant wasn’t busy.
This was my first time at a Cafe Rio. Was surprised to see more types of options on the menu like tostadas and enchiladas, which you normally don't see at Chipotle. Quantity of the food was decent too and overall, the food was good.
