We had a Great experience!! Food was amazing and the waiter did a great job! By far the Best food we have had in park city! Can't wait to come back!
FOOD: 5/5 stars SERVICE: 5/5 stars PRICE FOR FOOD/QUALITY: 5 stars WHAT WE RECOMMEND: Polenta Crusted Fried Calamari, New Zealand Lamb Chops, New York Steak The quality of the lamb was SOO good that my husband often confuses this lamb with the lamb we had in New Zealand. My New York Steak was also delicious, cooked perfectly and the garlic herbed butter just put it over the top YUM. The Calamari was surprising - VERY crunchy but not chewy on the inside and a delicious blend of sweet, spicy and salty. Service was top notch and we felt comfortable and welcome here. This was our first visit to Park City, but I know when we're back in town we will absolutely return!
Loved every moment of our time here - the food was delicious! The calamari was to die for and my filet Oscar was amazing as well as my drink. Can't wait too go back!!
They used to offer a specials for locals in the off season. They dont do this anymore. The food seemed very mediocre for the price you pay. Staff was friendly and food was good. Just not what i expected for the price. Which is why i used to go during off season. Cocktails were delicious. Id go back and sit in the bar for a light snack.
Best prime rib ever. Everything was perfect. The waiter was excellent. The butternut ravioli was so delicious. The wine was very good and the dessert was also wonderful. I’m running out of superlatives here. Not much was open this time of year so we lucked out. It was snowing in May!
We visited Park City last week (3/10/22) for a family gathering of 13 people. We struggled to find restaurants that could accommodate our large party. We walked into Butchers and were greeted by Dave Scott (the GM). Long story short Dave made everything happen. He accommodated our large party with ease. In a day and age when most people take the easy way out and figure out how not to do something and why they can't do something, Dave was the exact opposite. The owners of this restaurant are lucky to have such a great asset. He made things happen. Food was excellent, service was excellent. It was so good we went back the next night for the same great experience.

This might be the most disappointing review ever for me. We have gone to butchers a long time. Always twice a week when we are in Park City. There have been minor problems, but always taken care of. This year one of our party never got her meal until we were ready to leave. We told the person bringing water but nothing happen. We then flagged down a waitress serving at least a table of 20 people and she got the meal. We have yet to see the waiter. I stopped on the way out to talk the manager and she said, we gave you a few meal on the way out, that's our policy. We cancelled the second night and found a new place to go. Canceled the second night. But Im sure they don't care after talking to the manager The pace is always packed.
We went for my brother's birthday and it was a terrific experience! We got to sit in the yurt, which was a much quieter experience than the restaurant. The only problem was the runners kept leaving the door open and it was really cold. My husband had to keep getting up and closing it. Our waiter was very attentive, the food and drinks were delicious. A great experience overall.. Even with the door.
