I know this is a burger King, but I would like to get my hashbrowns when I give them my money. I dont want to go to a place just to have my money taken. This burger King can't seem to get an order right.
I open my bag and eat my food in the parking lot immediately after I order. no matter what I order, no matter what time of day- my food is NEVER hot. luke warm at best. the cheese slices are straight up cold..they are extremely lazy at this Burger King.
You know what kind of food you're getting at a Burger King but despite that the service is great. Barbara has been super friendly both times I passed through here. She goes out of her way to improve the customer's experience even though she and the rest of the team likely have to deal with entitled rich people all day given the city they're in.
Waited over 40 minutes while over 15 others got thier food. Mind you this was 1 combo meal. Manager and 3 employees have zero urgency for thier customers. If I could give a 0 star I would
11 days ago I left a message on burgerking.com contact us web page, stating that I did not get my purchased ordered because the lobby was closed. It is ridiculous that you are still keeping the lobby closed, that you ordering online cannot recognize this and it continues to allow us to order a pick up in a closed lobby and even more outrageous that in a 11 days you cannot refund my money for a service or product I did not receive. So I ordered no water before 11 PM which Google maps says it’s open still I did not receive my food and I paid for it and I ordered before 11 PM I am a very very happy I mean unhappy customer kind of feels like you’re being lied to they should’ve honored my order
Incredibly friendly staff!!! Everyone seems enjoy working there!!!The cashier lady is very attentive and nice. She suggested the deal they have going. I wanted a milk shake ( their ice cream machine was working!!!!) and she asked if Id like to switch the drink that comes with the deal or add a separate order for the milk shake. Once everything is done, she knew my order did not have a drink. So she offered, without me asking, a water cup.Later when we sat down and had our food, we heard laughters in the kitcken. Folks, in this day and age of labor shortage, it's rare to find people to work, let alone people who are HAPPY at work. Highly recommend give this burger King a try!!!!
