Arrived with a group of 13 and the host was less than friendly, but they accommodated us on the upstairs patio. A live band was setting up on the patio and was playing rock music. Our server Jeremy was amazing and his customer service was stellar. He was attentive and gave our group knowledgeable recommendations for exploring town before we left.Everything on the menu looked stellar and there was a wide variety of choices including American fare, Asian dishes, and fried foods. The pizza was well executed.Would return again for sure to try more of the options on the large menu. Only star dinged was for initial customer service interaction with the host.
Dropped in for early dinner. Service was very good and meals were probably 4 out of 5 scale. Good bet for a casual dinner.
By far one of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant in a long time. It took 15 minutes for someone to take a drink order and get us water after being seated. I ordered a side of corn bread and the Asian bowl. The cornbread was burnt and very dry. The Asian bowl came out 10 minutes after my date's food arrived (because one of the servers didn't know they were together). The Asian bowl was cold except for the steak, which was lukewarm. The avocado (pictured) was very bruised and not good at all. Not once were we checked on about the food and had to go and ask for our check 10 minutes after finishing. My date had the chicken sandwich and it was good. We ended up sharing that and her fries.
We ended up at this establishment because we could not get into another restaurant down the street until much later, and we were very glad we did. We asked the hostess if we could sit at the bar and she said it would be about 10 minutes. It was exactly 10 minutes later and we were seated at the bar. We figured by sitting at the bar we would get quicker service, well...... that was the only issue with this restaurant. The bartender was a nice person but ignored us often and my beer at times was drained and she never asked to refill once. We had to ask her 3 times for a menu and we were not the only people that were having issues with her. Anyway, we did order food and it was fantastic. The bar has a great atmosphere and despite the slow service we had a great time.
Bottom line: great place on all fronts.Came here for dinner after a day on the slopes. We got a pretzel, classic sandwhich, pizza, and Mexican grilled corn. Service was speedy and attentive despite the chaos of new years eve. Drinks are reasonable. The food comes from two kitchens depending on the menu you choose from, but it doesn't hinder serving. This place comes through in a lot of ways, the pizza is better than Fuego, the sandwhich was light, fries crispy, and the sauces with the pretzel were good. I also didn't realize pickles could even be made from scratch, but those were good too. Only critique is the Mexican corn was bland and boiled instead of grilled.
Great food and the rooftop alpengloos were perfect for our big group. They even provide a Bluetooth speaker.
As we all know the service industry is struggling. So even with this issue I feel 1 star is too much. The hostess took forever to seat us. Mine you I had to have a credit card to make the reservation and a charge if I was 15minutes late. But, they can seat you 15minutes late. Then sit for another 15minutes with no one addressing the table. We catch someone and they say, I'm not your server and walk away. The server comes over and says we are really busy, I'll get to you in a few. The whole scenario could have been handle more professionally. Start with an apology and move forward. Not excuses, we can see you're busy. It's letting your customers know they are heard. Jeremy needs to learn customer service. He didn't check on us after meals were delivered and we had to ask for water. The food was okay, my salmon wasn't 26.00 quality. I would say 16.00 is a few price for the size.
Placed a pick up order and when I arrived it had been lost. I realize it happens but nothing with the meal was comped and I had to wait almost an hour. Lastly the food was fair at best, certainly not worth the prices. When in Park City, try other options.
While visiting Park City for the first time, we came across this place for lunch. It was a Saturday and there was no wait. Our server was friendly but not pushy. The food was delicious and we totally enjoyed them! I’d go back the next time we’re in PC.
We had an Amazing Sunday afternoon ? Our server was spot on. We had some ? and onion rings to go with our ribs. We found a cozy booth. Surrounded by big screens and Bigger Fun!! Great design. I honestly still felt like I was on vacation. Very CA design. Hip Park City where I spent many years with family & friends ❤ Thank you for a wonderful experience and awesome food!
