The food was delicious and the service was great.

Very average food at extraordinary prices.

The food is excellent and the wait staff very nice however it took over an hour between ordering and reviewing our main course. The apps came out promptly but something must have happened in the kitchen after that because our plates were not cleared for another half hour after the apps and then we waited and waited for dinner. The man who was bossing pit table came to appoloufor the wait staying they had a big party (10) but the rest of the restaurant wasn’t even half full. They refilled our water and even wipes the table to fill time. A free dessert even to share would have been nice especially since I had to add more time to my parking meter as we then waited for our cards to be charged. Hmmm

Appetizers we excellent. Main courses so so. Service plain.

Service and food were terrific.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our meal started with the appetizer mushrooms. They were a bit on the woody side, but I have never had that kind of mushroom before so maybe they are supposed to be. I had the trout entree. I loved the fish, spinach and sauce. The corn mixture was a bit odd for me—the combo of a lemon beurre blanc sauce with the brined peppers didn’t work for me. The Tasso ham added a nice bit of complexity. My daughter had the beef tenderloin and it was perfectly cooked. Very tender and flavorful. She would have liked a bit less Demi glacé sauce. But overall a very good meal. . The service was relaxed and friendly. Would recommend.

Danny and Jamie went above and beyond in service! The food so incredible that our table of four kept eating off each other’s plates! Highly recommend this restaurant!

The meal was rushed and the food appetizers were prepared ahead of time. Within five minutes from ordering our appetizers, they were on the table. It felt like dinner service aboard a cruise ship. The entree prices were much too high for this eating experience.

Excellent service and great food selections - interesing variety

Enjoyed dinner in this very interesting restaurant at the top of Main street. From the embossed tin ceiling to the dark wood downstairs (bathrooms and wine room). Service was attentive and perfect. For our entrees we enjoyed the Stoneground Mustard Glazed Cedar Plank Scottish Salmon housemade bacon, spätzle, leeks, sauerkraut, herb~pea purée and the Caramelized Georges Bank Scallops With Chermoula cauliflower purée, fava beans in mint pistou, quinoa salad. Each was beautifully plated and delightful multilayered flavors. For desert we enjoyed their homemade Raspberry Sorbet whipped coconut, pineapple-rum compote, candied pistachios and their “Chuno” Chocolate Mousse pistachio cookie, whipped cream. While the sorbet was excellent the mousse was heavenly.
