This chicken was sooooooooo bad!! I am astonished that people would even think of comparing it to raising canes. If someone even mentions raising canes and Zaxby’s in the same sentence they should be slapped.Just look at the picture for proof. The chicken fingers were barely bigger than my pinky and tasted like cafeteria chicken. The toast was a piece of Walmart bread with butter, the fries were decent.Seriously such a joke that people compare this to canes.
Some of the best chicken sandwiches--I don't get what all the hubbub is for Raising Cane's when Zaxby's has amazingly moist chicken, great sauce, and more. I wish this place had more of the clout it deserved.
The fries were cooked very well and the chicken was delicious. It was a very clean eating and cooking environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good chicken meal.
Open the damn lobby! Not all vehicles fit in the drive through…. I like zaxbys but it seems like the Utah stores are mis managed. No wonder they are going out of business
Truly awful customer service. They were trying tocharge more than their signs in the drive thru list andthe manager Riley just laughed, fully admitted to it, and said they can do what they want. Really disappointing to experience these unethical business practices. We won't be back.
Went thru drive thru and went I asking if I could substitute fries for cheese curds was told nope I then asked for a 3 piece with them instead of meal was told can't do that either then I had to ask so what can I do then. Ended up with cold chicken and small portions. I will say I ended up inside and it was clean also this was at 12:15 so your typical lunch time
I ordered the spicy chicken fingers sandwich, my wife ordered the four fingers basket. My sandwhich and fries were good service was friendly but slow. My wife hated the Cole slaw she said it was bland like eating straight cabbage. Overall it's comparable to raisin canes.
Tuesday salads are amazing!! The service is awesome so is the food, the place is clean and the food is ready very quickly. We love it ♡
The fried chicken wasn't crisp, it was soft and poor quality. The sauces are premade and not great. The fry seasoning is delicious tho. Staff was nice and the restaurant was clean but the food was a total let down. Also, the fries were so measly portioned, it was just sad.
Chicken super dry likes its been sitting there longer then 10 mins. The drive thru guy never gave us time to look at the menu and that was my first time ever being there and now it's my last
