The place to get a drink for sure!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!We watched a movie, then decided we would go to Wing Nutz, completely disgusting & disappointing!!!The cooks in the back, older guy with glasses and his helpers kept staring at us while they were cooking the food & they were eating food with no gloves on.One of the guys was leaning up against fridge eating and texting on his phone.Really? At least move away from window to eat so I don’t see it, they must be desperate for workers, everybody including servers had an attitude, no smiling at this restaurant.I don’t mind if their on crumbs on the ground, but lift a finger and wipe the tables off, 2 seconds, we chose the cleanest of the dirty tables.Even someone highly intoxicated would hate this food. It’s funny how some people STILL choose to work food service & working with the public, if they hate working food service & hate dealing with people.I know the public can be hard to deal with, but at least fake it.We will never be back.Complete garbage
I really wanted to like this place. I mean, the atmosphere was nice and so was our server. Yeah, it was a bit of a wait, but they’re stretched thin and I get it. Can’t remember the server’s name, but she did great! But as a restaurant, you gotta get the food right. And they didn’t.The wings were cooked well enough, but I guess I like more crisp to my wings. These were quite soggy. Not even the sauce’s fault as there wasn’t much sauce there (most of the sauce ended up on the plate and not on the wings). The buffalo chips (their take on fries) were some of the softest “chips” I’ve ever eaten. My wife ordered a burger, and it was flavorless. Not even the bacon she added could save it.For the price I paid, the food was terrible. But hey, at least it filled me up I guess. Do yourself a favor and make the drive up to Buffalo Wild Wings in Lehi. Not the best food you’ll eat, but they have better wings and burgers there.
I went there to eat about a week ago with my mother and sister just to be dissatisfied with the service. As a former waitress, I understand just how hard it can be to get things out on time when it gets busy, but this was not our case. Yes, it was busy, but that was not the problem; we ordered three cokes and put our order in immediately; the three cokes came, and two other tables also arrived. We waited about 30 minutes; by then, the other two tables had drinks and their appetizers. We decided to wait some more. At 45 minutes, the other two tables got their food, and by then we were upset and were going to signal our waitress, except we didn’t see her anymore. In fact, we saw one of the cooks taking out the food while the waitress was nowhere to be found. By then, we decided to leave the money on the table for the three cokes and leave.
Worst experience! Spent over a half hour for our food, which was the amount equal to one full size chicken strip anywhere else but was for two meals. The vegetables on the side weren't even cooked, just celery and carrot sticks. My water had black chuck floating and after nearly an hour got a second cup of coffee for one, when we asked for two. Paid $20+ dollars for less than a kids meal essentially. Will NEVER go there again!
Food was good. Service was decent, although they seemed to act like they didn't appreciate us having kids with us. When the bill came there was a 20% ($30) surcharge on it. The server said it was mandatory for large parties and that it "goes to the kitchen staff", and that she doesn't get any......!!??Do not appreciate mandatory 20% tips, only to then to be guilted into giving more.
I make better food at home and their shots are way over priced. Better to just stay home next time. Since the service was pretty bad. Took over 20 mins just to get some chips out that didn't even fill the basket. So if you want food and a few shots its probably best to eat at the red robbin at the provo town center. At least I can order 4 drinks at the bar with a burger and feel I'm getting a good deal as well as my door while it's still hot.
••••BEST WINGS IN THE STATE OF UTAH••••By Far Best by a long run and I said that because I've tried many other ones and none have been able to even come close ... As far as the service itself I suppose I can honestly say that the cooks do an amazing job the bar itself is decently friendly but it also depends on if the person serving you is having a good day or not depends on which crew you end up getting served by but as far as atmosphere and type of crowd goes it depends on your preference yet tbh every time I was there which I would say 2- 3 times/quarterly for the last 10yrs the quality of the food along with freshness and taste was always on point??
Their food is decent. The service at each wing nutz i have gone to is just so slow! If you have time to kill and dont mind waiting. This is the place to eat. If you prefer more attentive service i would suggest another place.
Wing Nuts is my favorite wing joint. Most healthy also. Never disappoints.
