Store has 20 cars in drive thru, I called and asked their manager if they could meet me at the door with the Doordash orders I had because their lobby is closed, manager was rude and told me I'd have to wait in a line that hasn't moved one car. Highly don't recommend coming here, and if you have a doordash order you'll be waiting all night unless you cancel it because there's no way it'll be ready before they close.
This is by far the best Wendy’s in the Provo/Orem area! The lobby is clean, no fruit flies like at other locations, the food is fresh and the employees are nice!
I despise Wendy's with everything within me! I haven't eaten there in years, but stopped by today just to see. Doing so just reaffirmed why I never eat there. I don't think I have ever had fresh french fries from Wendy's, ever! I threw everything away and went to Carl's Junior. Their french fries make the experience horrific. Their buns are always smashed and pathetic. Ick.
I never order at Wendy’s but the one time I did was five minutes before breakfast was over. I forgot my wallet and figured that they had my order so I said I live right around the corner I’ll be right back. When I came back they threw away my order.And instead of saying sorry or offering something to make it right the lady just yelled I threw away your order. She didn’t care. I can tell everyone hates working here.
I had a mobile order and the drive through was ridiculously slow so I walked in to just pick it up inside and it took fiveever even though it was just a small mobile order. Food tasted good so I gave 2 stars
This was a good Wendy's. Not once did a homeless man try to fight me for control of my baconator. Honestly, that has never happened to me, but that tend continued here and I think that's a good thing.
This is by far the best Wendys I’ve been to. Their staff is so helpful. One time I came in with my children and since it wasn’t busy, the worker helped me carry my tray to my table, made sure I had the utensils and condiments we needed, and was so kind. She has been consistently attentive to these small details when I have visited.
It’s an average Wendy’s. Got the most part they are friendly with good customer service. Good selection of soft drinks. Food is fresh, the burgers not to greasy.
Here's a story for you.Ordered some stuff and a water. I was asked if I wanted a bottled water or a cup of water. I said cup assuming it was free. Got to the window and said I was charged $1 for the "Large water". They fought me on switching it out for a free one because they already handed it to me I assume so I just kept it.Pretty dirty move in my opinion. I understand these are tough times but c'mon...
This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The burgers have been sitting in a warmer for hours. The hamburger is black around the edges. The night manager is very unprofessional. He looks unkempt and allowed a guy to sit at the menu board for 10 minutes while there were 8 or 9 cars behind him. What has happened to being considerate of others? I don't usually go there anymore but I was in a hurry. I'm very surprised it hasn't closed. Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave if he could see what has happened to his amazing fresh restaurant. You never got a bad meal when he was alive.
