My daughter and I went on a daddy daughter date here and they were so nice. We got there close to when they were closing the lobby and they were so nice to let us come in even though they were cleaning things up.The food was great! We are definitely coming to this location no matter what in the future.
Like many people getting muchy at 10:40pm, my husband and I decided we wanted Wendys! There were many people in line in front of us and behind. When we pulled up to the menu, the person helping us stated that they were closing at 11 and that their last order would be taken at 11. We were lucky enough to be their last order! They maintained their expert customer service level while helping us. They were rock stars!! Although one crazy guy tried to get them to open up after closing we stayed and made sure they left safe!
I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives… this is what I found when I got home… the most gross thing I have ever seen… fungus with white fluff inside… I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I can't imagine what consequences can consume this can cause! This was my lunch… I threw it away and lose my time and money but the worst part is the shock this caused on me.I wish to know where I can put a complaint about this… this restaurant should be closed.
Love Wendy's breakfast. Too bad I never get to eat it!Listen, if you don't have enough staff to be open at 6:30, then at least be courteous enough to change your posted time!
I ordered online and came to pick it up, but I was waiting for 20 minutes and they still didn’t bring it out. I ended up having to go through the drive through to get it. Not good service. I love the food, and I had already paid for it online but it took way too long to receive my order.
We’ve had poor service every time we’ve been to this location, either their employees will forget items we ordered or they’ll stand around talking. We waited 30 minutes for fast food... Very poor service, I’ve never been impressed by this location. These fries came half empty, and were usually not given many sauces unless we specifically request it.
I've been here 3 times in the past 6 times and every time it feels like it's a 20 minute wait with just one car ahead of us. Only they know how long even he was there. Worst Wendy's in the whole country. Super slow drive through.
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in terms of service. The only reason o give it a star above one is because the one employee that is usually there in the mornings (Zach I think?) is the only one that can get your order on time and as you’d want. The only reason I kept coming back is because I literally live next door and it STILL takes an upwards of 15+ for them to get me my food even with an in app order. The last time I went, zach wasn’t there in the morning and was replaced with this older guy in glasses that ran my order for lunch items during breakfast hours, complained about how I shouldn’t have been able to do that, and then wouldn’t do anything about the free points item I applied for in the app. If you have the ability to go to the Arby’s across the street, I would. This last experience was just the straw that broke the camels back ? no wonder it always has a help wanted sign on the board.Update: this is me almost about to check in for my mobile order after another 15 minute wait. I fell for it again.
It's a Wendy's. The service here is usually pretty good. Their new fries are an improvement. The 4 for 4 is a great value meal. The son of baconator is greasy good. The frostys don't seem as cold as the used to be though, so you have to eat them quick.
SLOWEST Drive through i have ever gone to. This has not been just a one time thing either. I will likley not come here anymore this was there last chance. You can literally waste an hour in the drive through. Hoping thinking it will pick up
