Fries were great and perfectly seasoned and warm. But my sandwiches were horrible. I literally asked for no tomatoes and onion and they put onions and no lettuce. Who the heck wants that? Smelled horrid. Also where you put your order through the drive through box needs to be fixed. Poor kid was trying so hard to hear us and talked very low so we could barely hear what he said and what we ordered. But this isn’t on him. He was a sweet young man doing his best at this establishment which is failing so hard. I hope they get it together because it’s gone so down hill since the remodel which was MANY, Many years ago. Also waited quite a bit with only two cars in front of us.but I understand it can get a bit much in evening but was a quite long waiting. I just hope soon they can get this location back into shape
Went through the drive through to get a quick lunch before work. Wait wasn't too bad but when I paid, I wasn't given a receipt or asked if I wanted one.I had ordered a Baconator sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich without pickles and a small frosty.After having to pull up and wait 10 minutes because they didn't have the chicken ready, I got my chicken sandwich correct but I was given a Son of the baconator and they didn't give me my small frosty.This was just a very poor experience for me.
This place is terrible, and I consider myself a Wendy’s connoisseur.I usually spend at least 20 minutes in the drive thru with 5 or less cars in front of me. If it’s busier, expect closer to 30. I have never had a good experience here. Not even an OK one.This time I decided to place my order for carry out using the app. But I walked up and all the doors were locked.Please do yourself a favor and take the drive five minutes north to the North State Street location, or literally anywhere else.I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance.Only giving it 2 stars because my food was hot and fresh.
Lmao I ordered a hamburger ? went back through the drive thru, manager was hella rude. Opened my sandwich through it back in the sack and tried o tell me nothing was wrong with it.
I normally love Wendy's new breakfast. I've been blown away with how good the food is at every other Wendy's besides this one. Two out of the three times I've ordered foot the buns were old, biscuits were hard, and coffee tasted like it was made last week. I will never order breakfast from this Wendy's ever again.
This was making me so angry, I had to speak up to tell them to start cleaning this joint up. Fruit flies even in the hand sanitizer container! Wow! dump of the year! The manager was an inexperienced young guy who is not able to handle this restaurant.
The Wendys app said that Carry Out was available...it wasn't as the doors were locked. I had to wait in the long drive through line for my mobile order and when I mentioned the app issue to the employee at the window all I got was a blank stare. Then I got only stubs in my large french fries box, just one of the fries measuring longer than 2 inches. I write it off to bad store management because normally Wendy's is pretty consistent.
HORRIBLE. Food arrived to me smelling like fish & I ordered chicken nuggest w fries. On top of that, we waited in line for 30 minutes (only 3 cars in front of us) only to get the driest/oldest set of fries & gross nuggets. They were out of their chocolate cookies & didn't have any large fries so they gave me 2 medium fries which didn't matter since they sucked anyways. The frosty was even off! This whole location is off....but the staff were nice!
While the food was cooked to expectation, the night shift was very disorganized, and not very professional. I was able to hear their personal music playing through the drive through speaker, i had to repeat portions of the order before they got it right, and when we got to the window, they ended up assembling the wrong order for us, and even after we had corrected them, they still got it partially wrong. They were also very slow about getting anything done, normally I'm very tolerant about speed but on top of the other issues it doesn't help the situation. Not sure how day shift is at this Wendy's, but I would avoid the night shift
Place is very poorly managed. Employee is good, dine in isn’t available, doors are locked and can’t even walk in to pick up your order. Needs to be updated on here, but just poor management here and not that great. Food is okay, however it was cold :/ other places close are better, like McDonalds. Other Wendy’s are also better than this one.
