I love that we were able to self serve and that there was so much fresh meat, veggies and fruit. Okay also the garlic shrimp is soooo good and it’s peeled My only things were the one type of sushi (like just don’t serve it? Lol) and some of the meat were marinated whereas personally I’d rather use my own sauce or dipping sauce after grilling. Other than that we loved it. The service was good and the options and food were so good! Also I’m picky about my kimchi and it was really good here ?
This place is definitely 5 stars! Food is always delicious, get to pick your own meats to cook at your table. The meat quality is always great. It's also nice they have marinated meats as well as ones just fresh so you can season to taste. Sauces at the table are bomb. Really simple set up but a very fun and involved dining experience. My kids love the place, so it's great for families. But I've been with large groups as well as one on one with my wife. Really good for any occasion.
such a fun experience! the best Japanese bbq so far. i recommend to go with a empty stomach. the attention was very nice and everything was super clean. they have different sauces in the table, and rice options. the meat have already sauces, and so many different options. however, if you are craving sea food, or sushi, this is not the right place to go. they offered more red meat. the quality of the meat is good tho. also, they have typical drinks and food from japan.
It's like Japanese Korean barbecue.. Ideas great yes great atmosphere was good but a lot of the food was very fatty . You have to pick your meats but almost all of the meats at least when I went we're not great cuts. I still gave it 4 stars because the waitress was really nice and it does have a nice selection
Went in for lunch with a. Coworker and we were well pleased. The potstickers and starters were good, but the meat is amazing. High quality cuts, really good flavor and great sauces. The beef short ribs were so tender.. great Japanese Korean fusion. Very happy with lunch and will return!
Umami is the best! Huge selection of beef, pork, and seafood to grill to your own desired doneness. Amazing salad bar too. But I could just eat the brisket all day every day. We went on a Saturday evening at 5pm and only waited 5min for a table. By 6:30 the wait was over an hour. Get there early!
My husband and I went here last night for our date night and it was absolutely awesome! Our waiter Melissa was great at explaining the process to us, we hadn't been there before! But it was so fun cooking our own food and the meat was perfectly seasoned! A great experience! We'll be back for sure!
This is definitely a cool experience to try once. You cook your own food at your table. I thought it was a little too expensive for how the food turned out. Maybe I just didn’t do a great job of cooking it for myself. We also had a couple fighting next to us the entire time so that also kind of threw off the experience. They were pretty mad. I ended up mostly cooking pineapple, that was one of my favorite things there. This is one of my brother’s favorite places! It’s buffet style so you pick what you want to cook, and get to have as much as you like. That’s great!
It is a Buffet style thing where you cook it in front of you so be careful not cooking things all the way. Overall things were great, great selection of food with plenty of options. The service wasn’t bad per say but it wasn’t great. Additionally, I didn’t personally think the quality was worth the price, but still I’d recommend it.
Fabulous experience. Delicious food. Expensive but worth the price and expensive for a reason. They have many delicious options of meats and other foods. All you can eat buffet of such a spread is unbelievable. Will go again when I have a chance. Will recommend anyone that likes BBQ. I recommend the wagyu beef to anyone who goes.
