The quality of the food is great and the servers are all very attentive and quick. There is a large variety of meat to choose from though it might take a few minutes for them to cycle to the meats you want the most. Would highly recommend the pineapple they bring around. It is well priced for the food if you avoid the drinks and just get water. The only thing I would keep in mind is that it can take up to 45 to get seated. Once you are seated everything is quick though.

This place is amazing. Clean, modern, staffed, and amazing food even for vegetarians. You can opt for the buffet only and no meat coming around your table. It’s a great deal for quality food … all you can eat. I wanted to eat lunch and dinner there. Highly recommend. They were open for Thanksgiving which made it easy not to cook and clean. Thank you Tucanos!

We went as a party of 7 for a birthday celebration, You start off with a festival of salads, like an American salad bar, but with a vastly different variety of options. Every item is labeled. Servers roam throughout the tables offering different grilled meats. You select as many or as few as you want. All of this is for one price. Beverages, except water, and dessert are extra. If you have dietary restrictions, just ask. The servers are very knowledgeable.

KIDS 6 AND UNDER EAT HERE FREE!!!We went here for my wife’s birthday. They have a birthday club deal that gets you one meal for free with the purchase of another meal at full price. The food is good, and did you know…KIDS 6 AND UNDER EAT HERE FREE!!!We had been at the restaurant for about 20 minutes when our waitress came over to show us the dessert options and asked us if we would be eating dessert today. We said that we were kind of just getting started (we had only visited the salad bar so far and had yet to start diving into the meat options). We also started with one less beverage and set of silverware then there were people.Over the next 30 minutes we were brought about 5 or 6 of the meat options. It was strange because there were tons off at servers taking meat to every table but it seemed we were getting overlooked. When our waitress came over to ask us yet again if we would like to try dessert I told her, “not yet, but we would like to try more of the meat.” She replied, “I’m sorry has it been slow? I’ll tell them to come around more frequently.” After that the service picked up, so that was nice. The feel that we got is that they are understaffed so we weren’t super bothered by our experience. Our experience is usually closer to a 4-star experience when we come here, but being as it went the way it did, 3-star it is.

This isn't the most authentic Brazilian food out there, but the food sure is good. I am particularly fond of the warm salad bar where there is the cheese bread, Brazilian stroganoff, and other more authentic Brazilian sides. The lemonades and deserts are also really good too. The quality of the meat can be a little inconsistent, some nights it's cooked better than others. Sometimes I leave feeling like I got a good value for the price and sometimes I don't, so 4 stars.

Incredible place to come and eat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All gluten free items are clearly labeled and easy to identify. Loads of different options for main course selection. A little bit on the pricey side for a single meal, however, it's extremely reasonable for what you get.

I have always loved Tucanos and it has always been a tradition to come to Tucanos for our birthday dinners. This year I extended that to my 6 year old daughter. I was a little nervous bringing my little kiddos but the servers did fantastic and catered to their little requests which I really appreciated. Special kudos to Jen, Cristian, Stuart, and Blake. They did fantastic!

This is a fabulous place to dine! The food was prepared expertly and wonderfully flavorful. Everyone in the staff who we dealt with were excellent! Our server, Jane, was just incredible. She was attentive and always ready to help. To say she "ran" would be an understatement. The service she provided was impeccable! Not just for our group, but everyone I saw her interact with. She made the whole experience incomparable. A fabulous evening!

I wanted to visit here for a long time because I heard good stuff about this place. The atmosphere is good and the salad bar is clean and has organic looking vegetables. Their fried bananas and pastas and cheese puffs are good as well - not so much for the lobster soup. Also, I couldn't find any spoon so I wasn't able to finish my lobster soup. The servers bring a lot of meat options (more than 10) and some of them were too salty. Maybe I was expecting more from the meat part, but it tasted like regular meat that is average priced - not cheap, but not premium either. Also, it was a bit frustrating because they took forever to bring the meat that I wanted to get more of. It took so long that I decided to eat more crab rolls instead of keep on waiting. They brought out pineapples too and it was the sweetest pineapple I have ever tasted. I personally enjoyed the salad bar more than the meat, but I don't think I would pay more than thirty dollars for the salad bar.In the end, they bring out a big plate full of dessert and those are fake. If you want to eat dessert, you can tell the server what you want and they will bring out the real dessert for you. I tried the caramel pudding, and it was too sweet for me... if they had other flavors I think I would have enjoyed more. The overall experience was good but the meat part did not reach my full expectation. Give it a try if you have never visited though.

Surprised at how busy this locale was so early in the evening. It was a packed house at 5:30. The food and service was excellent, especially from our two primary meat servers Gatsby and Michael. They went out of their way to make sure we had the food on our plate that we desired. The salad bar was super well maintained and delicious...at least the parts I sampled (I am guessing on the rest). Decor was nice and inviting without being intrusive. The manager Andrew was not all talk, he personally went and got a requested dish (on a sword) for us. There may be some MSG used in their seasoning so be aware if you are sensitive to this but it WAS delicious.
