This was VERY disappointing, we ordered two chicken wraps and only got one. And after we went ahead and split the one we had there was so much ranch the tortilla was soggy and the lettuce is soggy and hot. Absolutely disgusting, we have had tropical smoothie before in a different state and it was great. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Overpriced and lower quality than McDonald’s.
Liam was very good to us. We had a full car and we confused our orders, but he did an amazing job at helping us get it all sorted out. Awesome worker!
Our two smoothies took forever and they tried to take payment from us twice. My styrofoam cup was cracked and spilt all over me when they handed it over through the drive through. Had to go back into the building and ask for napkins and a new cup. Hopefully this was just a one time bad experience.
Every time I go to ANY tropical smoothie there are inconsistencies about how many pieces of turkey goes on a turkey bacon ranch with extra turkey. This particular location is the WORST. They charge $2 for 2 pieces of turkey for a grand total of SIX pieces. Other locations you get eight to ten! Absolute rip off.
It was me and my wife’s first time going here today so we looked at the menu in the drive through for a second the lady doing the drive though was impatient and kinda rude with us but the guy in the window was friendly and pretty fast our food and smoothies were pretty good tho! 4 stars just for the lady doing the drive though!
I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe religiously, there smoothies are the best! I have alot of rewards on my app but for some reason the app wouldn't let me use them. After seeing that I had the coupon the associate honored the coupon anyways! It was really great to have a positive customer service experience at this location!
I really love the smoothies and food from this place, but the one in orem is terrible! They were super ruse when we took a couple of seconds to finalize our order, but they took 15 minutes to make our one grilled cheese sandwich! Super rude and impatient service for employees who take forever!
i ordered a baja chicken wrap and it was very poorly prepared. the lettuce used in it was turning red along the edges (as old lettuce does), and the chicken, rice and beans were a very gross and unappetizing temperature. definitely not heated all the way through. cheese was maybe halfway melted. i also did not appreciate the attitude of the employee i interacted with.i do enjoy going to tropical smoothie, but after my experience and reading all of the other recent reviews, i won’t be going back to this location.
I’m a HUGE fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe (read in). Large smoothies for a decent price. Our whole family loves them. It became a tradition for us on every road trip to snag one. BUT, this location as taken a turn for the worst. Extremely slow service, service is curt, and the last three times we’ve been either the smoothie wasn’t blended well and had chucks of ice or it tasted bland and had ZERO flavor. Are you trying to cheapen your smoothies TSC? I’ve noticed. Maybe it’s a fluke (three times in a row) but I don’t know if I want to go back now.
Usually it takes a little bit longer to get the food and the costumer service is alright, but this time the costumer service was not good at all, and the people there seemed like they absolutely hated their job. When we were done ordering, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to even come to the window. The guy at the window seemed new and stressed. Management needs to do better at treating their employees right.
