What a cute, little dessert cafe! My husband and I got a slice of cookie dough cake to share, and it was AMAZING! It was their special cake of the week, which was super fun because it was my birthday and cookie dough is my favorite thing in the world. It’s like they knew! The cafe itself is a lot bigger than I first thought. They have an upstairs and a lot more seating than it looks like at first glance. I loved getting my birthday dessert here!
So normally I like this place, but I definitely recommend staying there instead of getting takeout. I ordered take out and when I checked it it was completely smashed (pic provided)My girlfriend held it the whole way so it definitely wasn’t dropped or anything. Overall I like the place but this was just kind of disappointing knowing that they put it in there for take out so they wouldn’t have to deal with it :/UPDATE: The owner immediately reached out to me to apologize and explain the situation. We’re sure it was just an accident, and it still tasted great after eating it ??
My husband and I wanted a special dessert tonight. So, we ordered the raspberry chocolate cake. It was amazing! I felt like I was eating a raspberry chocolate. You guys did amazing job with this cake, it wasn't too sweet and even though it was dark chocolate (which I useally hate), this was absolutely delicious. This cake made my night. A few years ago I decided to do a day date through the evening for our anniversary to go to somewhat local places (within an hour or so drive) we’ve never been. This dessert place had a lot of good reviews so we tried it out. Almost every group date we go on now we always bring our friends to the Chocolate for dessert. It’s one of our favorite dessert place. We Love the Cazookie and the husband cake. If you haven’t been here you’ve got to come.

A large step above Crumble: More variety and better flavors, nothing tastes artificial here and I love it! Some of the cookies are hit or miss: The maple snickerdoodle and Biscoff cookies are my favorites along with the pretzel caramel one.I wish they made larger cookies like Chip Cookie Co, but these are still good texture wise, typically soft unless it's the end of the day.Least favorite item was the coconut, gram cracker, walnut, and sweetened condensed milk bar... Too dry.
My favorite dessert place. We come nearly every week ? it's SO GOOD. Their cakes are DIVINE and I order them for all our special occasions. Their chocolate coconut cake is the best one, in my correct opinion. Also really love the cherub. Their salted caramel pretzel cookies and the biscoff cookie are mouth watering. And the cazookie! It's never a disappointment coming here.
Decent desserts. Pretty ridiculous pricing. Pazookies are $10, brownies the same. Definitely not a place I would go regularly! Cute location though.
The Chocolate has some really great treats. I love the cakes which are moist and flavorful and the variety of cookie flavors make it hard to choose. The staff is always friendly and happy to give their thoughts when you're trying to decide! One other observation is that the owners really do care about the well-being of their customers which is not typical these days. Thank you for your shop which supplies our area with some homemade deliciousness!
